Silverlight is future already here, its a microsoft welldone project. Why, it allows access to database, it is cross-browser interface, it allows .net programmers to have access to the graphics properties and modified it on the fly, it an advanced SVG. Programmers in this focus should be more objective in comparison of technologies or platforms with each other.

Real skilled programmers do not need to posses that type of qualification you spelt out. Instead, ask quy the type of projects they have worked on in the past; and of course go ahead and verify them.

Hi brother, don't mind those people that contributed, most of them are singles that does not know what marriage is all about.
