This time, make sure you have "Tech Support" in your resume. Preferably, 2years (even if it's less than a year) - you'll need this for a higher pay during your offer negotiation. Make sure to chip in all of your tech skills (webdesign, programming, networking, digital marketing, database management, etc)

So after speaking with my friend there at Tek-experts, he confirmed to me that the HR department is yet to resume. They are still working from home. So I think there's no cause for alarm for now. Let's keep the hope alive.

After all aspects of the test, how did you guys know you passed because there was nothing mentioned in that regard and no one saw their scores? I only heard that we will be contacted. Does anyone have a contact in the HR department to help find out things? Though the riot and destruction took over a week off them as they couldn't go to work for safety reasons.
