Webmasters / West African Bloggers Award 2017 by femivvita: 3:28pm On Sep 18, 2017 |
This is a project that started last year but due to the low participation of bloggers this event failed to hold and with the organisers determination to make this a reality, we resurrected it this year again learning a few things from our last year crisis. Its time for bloggers to be recognize for their hardwork and passion put into the industry and with so awarded for a job well done. In years the bloggers that have work the hardest don't get the needed traffic but those who stole content and fraudulent ways of driving people to their blogs gets those traffic, all this are due to the general public having the ideas that all bloggers can't be credible which is not true, we have some very credible bloggers who go extra mile and put effort into getting original and credible content. This bloggers needs to be project to the public and the public needs to know where to get information when they needs them. This is why the organisers are keen on making this event a success but without the full support of the bloggers it will just be another failed year. We ain't asking for money or valuables, just your effort and social media influence Last year every blogger wanted money before they render services but this is our event, if its successful its our pride just like what dbanj and the rest did with headies in 2006 when it started originally, let's bloggers come together and make this a success Thank you in anticipation Just add your contributions and/or suggestion below WABA Team |

Politics / *association Of Past Criminals (APC)* by femivvita: 11:01am On Jun 16, 2017 |
This looks like a direct attack on the ruling political party, it's not an attack it's an observation that I said from the start. I remember writing an article on how *APC administration is not a replacement for Jonathan failed tenure* stating my major reason to be *the obvious decamping of the old thieves and criminals that contributed not just to the fall of Jonathan's administration but to the party at large*. APC is not a fresh air like we thought they are just same *corrupt air in another container, Nigerians didn't have a good chance to choose we just want someone who could tackle corruption heads on because our beliefs is that corrupt leaders ruin our great Nation so we voted in a fearless Lion King who did justice to that and in his first year big boys corrupt criminals were being probed and tried, the claim that stolen money were being returned renewed our faith in this administration even when the country economy is in recession and the average man can't afford 3 square meal, as a student I ate only ones daily because the *garri* that have been saving us since birth is now more expensive than friend rice in *kfc*. *APC* have been deceiving us from start, they have all this structured out and even when it looks like they were doing a great job, the plan is simple, cripple the opposition since they (PDP) themselves are criminals of the highest level, so that the coming election will just be easy with no opposition power. *Nigerians this is the time to wise up and stop voting political parties because of some unreal absolute loyalty or the change(money) they give us to promise us change or their sweet and deceptive media campaigns* and take your time to profile the candidate to vote wisely. I have talk my own, this is not for us but for the coming generation so they don't face same hardship like we do. *Buhari's administration in numbers* *electricity* - *failed* *corruption* - *joke*saraki is cleared of its 18 count *economy* - *lost* Kemi Adeosun is not even a finance major *forex* - *excellent* at least our youth can do scam and survive on continuous fall in naira *entire administration* - *comic* our president now have aso Villa in London paying hugely with our taxes and his medical bills also on us yet we die here everyday with our health system rotten. *In 2019 if you sell your next four years again it's on you*. My name is *Aghe Isaac Olufemi* *Naijajournals* |
Politics / To The Sick President : An Open Letter by femivvita: 6:53am On Jun 08, 2017 |
I'm not one who will ask you to resign nor come back, I just want you to think deeply about this words before making a decision. Innocent Nigerians deceived by your political party propaganda, saw a Savior in you and came out in their masses to vote you in and expecting magic like you promised but gradually our hopes were dashed, without much story about how you came in, you have been president for over 2yrs with no significant achievement even your fight against corruption couldn't hunt down the real thieves (Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Olusegun Obasanjo) what happen to the Senate president trial? He's obviously still the Senate president and still a free man being paid with our tax after stealing from us to enrich himself and you call that a fight when you are obviously crippling your other political parties to secure a second term for yourself and power remain with your party, the country have gone from bad to worse since you became president, citizens are poorer with the current economy and the continuous increased in price of goods and services. On security, even with your efforts to make us believe we are safe, we are still being hunted and no matter how hard we try to close our eyes while sleeping, we couldn't, with the news of the chibok girls returned maiduguri still under attack from Boko Haram, still killing our brothers and sisters #PrayForMaiduguri Fulani herdsmen still raping and killing too, and the igbos have been asked to quit the north in three months which could lead to a civil war if not properly handled, our health centres are bad too, not everyone will have Nigeria money to steal to pay for treatment in London like you do, our brothers, sisters, and children die everyday because of poor healthcare and if Obama never left USA for treatment why do you have to leave Nigeria? The administration has failed us and we can't wait till 2019 that's if hunger, terrorism, poor health don't wipe us out of existence. Vote for the personality not the party Don't listen to propaganda Nothing like absolute loyalty Your vote your right your voice Let's share this till every Nigerians read, it's time to have a voice My name is Aghe Olufemi Isaac Naijajournals |
