@solomoncater,so u mean with 1.5m Naira, cant do a shortcourse with dat amount?
But if i was giving a visiting visa,can i convert it nd use it to apply for my stay in NZ?

1)with technical vocational courses for 6month in NZ or 6month TAFE in Aussie, pls can i
get my PR in New Zealand nd Aussie respectively, because my budget is like
1.2m naira and am not so buoyant like dat makes me not to have
applied for my master directly,but all the same is about
the greener's pasture issue my people ,just want to ask
dat can dis amount (1.2m naira)pay the sch fees and do
all the necessary package of dis short courses and flight arrangement too or like how much should i budget?

2) And do they require ielts in all this New Zealand sch
too,for all vocational courses nd what are d kind of
vocations course that is highly in demand in NZ or in Aussie dat i can
pick up doing. so dat i wont just waste my time and
money.But the major question is can i get PR in New Zealand or in Aussie with dis short courses.

Pls i just need someone to give info on how to get New Zealand visiting Visa and also how we i do the whereabout since the embassy is not in Nigeria here? And also can i use the visa to put in for a short certificate course there? And also get my PR there.

Am an undergraduate of University of Lagos(Unilag) and willing to study in New Zealand or work there,i just need someone to give full information on how i can get visa to New Zealand,because am not sure the embassy is in Nigeria,and also i want to know maybe they have a consulate here in Nigeria and will they be able to do the Visa there?because someone said he will do it for me and am scared of this 419 and i don't wanna be a victim.
