Being always in the public eye is a little like an addiction. You constantly seek out the limelight hoping to promote yourself in any way you can and then become anxious when it seems your status is in decline. For one such On Air Personality being a public celebrity brought with it a distinct sense of fear and anxiety when a person she had never met seemed to take a very personal interest in her life. Like taking a recreational drug she wanted to participate and yet, very quickly, she realised that she was losing control of the situation and was about to be used in a way she might not enjoy.

“By The Light Of The Silvery Moon” takes the reader to the very centre of a celebrity’s life and explores the intimacy of one person’s journey towards fame and possible destruction; at least that is how it seems to the person behind the personality. From being an obscure late night radio chat show host, in a very short while she begins to sample the high life of fame and success; from limousines and penthouse hotel suites she also experiences a life where she is a victim and it is someone else’s obsession to posses her. Like a bug secured on a specimen slide, her life is placed under a public microscope and all her intimate details are laid bare.

If you have ever wondered what it is like to live life at the centre of the public’s gaze then this novella is for you. If you have ever desired such fame then maybe reading about one person’s journey might cause you to think again. There again, it may serve to intensify your most intimate desire and cause you to take your first step towards fame.

CelebritiesTushbee: A Country That Doesn't Pay Taxes But Tithes Perishes Too by Feneconnect(op): 6:39am On Feb 03, 2020
The OAP who took to her Facebook page this morning, where she usually write a short series of different issues that affects human angle reasoning, wrote about Taxes and tithes payments as a tool to stand tall.

MY TOILET MY SHRINE.

Tax and tithe

A country that doesn't pay taxes but tithes perishes too.

Taxes can give you alot and you can hold your government accountable for not giving you what befits you, when you are faithful with your tax. Eg. Good public school, hospitals etc. Inasmuch as the government who in their time enjoyed public facilities, now, they no longer see the need for good public facilities, if our taxes are paid, the droppings that we consume now, we wouldn't consume them.
If you pay more attention to tithes than taxes, you can't question the religious worship centers, as it is a symbol of God and Heaven and God can't be questioned .
What you get it's only private owned religious worship centers which the gods build in an heavily constructed heaven on earth mansions, private schools and hospitals , etc.

Rich countries pay more taxes than tithes.

CelebritiesOap Tushbee And Kelvin Peters A'rien Congratulates Ironmike by Feneconnect(op): 4:04pm On Oct 31, 2019
THE FOOTPRINTS OF A TIGER: ITSE TOBORE AYONMIKE AND THE MAKING OF A KICKBOXING CHAMPION

Itse Tobore Ayonmike popularly known as Ish Iron Mike by his teeming fans is a Nigerian born British Kickboxing practitioner. He is a fitness guru and a personal fitness trainer par excellence.

Ish always had a knack for the martial arts as he started his romance with the art at a very tender age back home in Warri, Delta state after being influenced by Bruce Lee and Jean Claude Van Damme.

He was to later become more seriously involved in Kickboxing and other forms of martial art in 1998 in the United Kingdom and went on to win his first National kickboxing title in 1999. Other titles were to follow shortly after as he captured 2 English titles, 2 Regional titles, and 3 British titles at different weight categories over the years.

In 2004 Ish took time off the sport to focus on other endeavours and majored in Event and Experience at the University of Kent, and also became licensed as a fitness trainer and a martial art instructor where he has gone on to show is Midas touch.

As old habits die hard, the Champ returned to the boxing ring in 2018 and quickly captured the English K1 cruiserweight title which he will be defending on November 2nd for the last time before bowing out.

Champions and legends are a rare breed and they tend to appreciate their like.
Hear him: “I admire quite a few boxing legends but my all time favourite has to be the G.O.A.T, Mohammed Ali. He was a fantastic boxer and outside the ring can be compared to the great Nelson Mandela".

Funny enough the nickname Iron Mike was not derived from the fact that his body is contoured like a well crafted metal sculpture. His teeming ‘Oyinbo’ fans who couldn’t pronounce his surname AYONMIKE started chanting IRONMIKE as he demolished a German opponent in a few seconds of the first round of one of his bouts. From that moment a name was created and a legend born.

There is however a soft and amiable side to this ring warrior as it were. He is soft spoken, kind and generous and is not one to engage in combative and aggressive arguments or such outside the ring despite the skills and power he possesses. Ish loves classical music, something he picked up from his father Pa Ayonmike who is a virtuoso in that music genre.

As the Champ defends his title for the last time before hanging up those gloves to pursue other lofty goals, I salute one of ours.
Well done CHAMP!

*I was Never Involved, Jailed For Fraud, Lagos Lawyer Cries out*

Sunday Okobi and Ugo Aliogo

A Lagos-based lawyer, Mrs. Ifeyinwa Morah, has refuted all allegations of fraud and jail term sentence leveled against her on many blogs and other social media platforms, saying the allegations were not only injurious to her person, but to her profession, family and business relations.

Morah, who is also a businesswoman of repute, narrated to THISDAY recently that her business partners in New York, United States of America, called her attention to some publications online, which she described as unreliable uncorroborated unprofessional junk publication) where it was stated that she was jailed for defrauding her employers in Nigeria, and a disclaimer put out in her name!

The barrister, who lamented on the injurious impression such wicked allegations have left on her personality, told THISDAY in an interview recently that although the matter had been settled out of court by a highly respected cleric, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, it was necessary for her to also clear her name and put the records straight.

While narrating her own side of the saga, the oil and gas magnet explained: “We owned a licenced company called IT Bureau De Change INT'L as directors, and we were trading on Forex. As the Executive director who was running the daily day to day transactions of the company, after a period of eight months of reviving the hitherto moribund license from the ashes, I asked for the account department to compute the account state of the company, but it was obvious that other directors were reluctant or negligent in trying to call up for the Annual General Meetings (AGM) which we were yet to have, so I asked the account department to compute what was my commission, not “salary because I was not paid salary,” and that was how N50 million from our profit was transferred to an Escrow name. The moribund company was revived by me with a working capital of $50,000 of which I assiduously grew to a positive excess of N280million.

“It was transferred in escrow to Alhaji Francis Ogboro, and it was supposed to be for him to hold it in escrow pending when the final determination of the accounting system was done. But the other boardroom members who were unfortunately a couple ganged up against me and said I stole the money from the company.”

Morah, who contested for the Federal House of Representatives recently in her constituency in Anambra State, added that “my Co directors/partners began the use of negative publications against me. But then when I saw the publication and the so-called disclaimers in some junk magazines and prominent newspapers back then in 2015, I decided to put in a rejoinder in a reputable newspaper that I was sure they would conduct due diligence and proper investigative journalism before heading to print media, THISDAY September 22, 2015, and DAILY TIMES on September 28 & 29, 2015, over the matter, and when there was no response from the fellow directors, I headed to court, even though the matter was later settled out of court in my favour and we arrived at a consent judgment. I didn’t defraud my company, and I was never jailed by any court.”

She condemned strongly the injury the fraud allegations caused to her person and business, adding that “being a legal practitioner, you know that credibility is everything in my profession. If I was such a fraudulent person as they captioned in most of the junk publications, I would have been summoned before the disciplinary committee of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA).

“A lot of very senior advocates of the prestigious inner Bar have been summoned before the NBA's disciplinary action committee and they have been disbarred and their names have been removed from the roll call of legal practitioners. So I don’t see how a junior member of the outer bar can go around with fraud allegations hanging all over her, and petition was sent to the NBA-without being investigated. So it is evident that it was junk publicity, targeted at maiming my personality and hard earned businesses.

"It was purely malicious prosecution at its worst description which was instituted against me but in the end, the same prosecution moved for the removal/withdrawal of the matter they originally instituted from the Magistrate court that was handling the matter. This they did *Suo Moto* and eventually, they conceded to a consent judgment based on the law suit and series of documentary facts I evidently had instituted at the Federal High Court in Ikoyi on a different civil suit for defamation and character assasination, which still ended in my favour.

“I am using this opportunity and medium to tell the world that I have never been involved in any fraudulent acts neither will I be in the future nor was I jailed for any unlawful act. I want the world to know the true state of what happened in 2015 which has ingloriously dented my hard-earned personality and business relations.”

The Future Data Analytics And why It's the Crude Oil - ARMA

The press conference which marked the start of the 2019 Academy of Real Meta Analytics (ARMA) training course was held at the prestigious Oriental Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos, yesterday (October 3, 2019).
In attendance were top digital and data analysts in the country and from other parts of the world.

The event was anchored by Happenings Radio OAP, Tushbee, and moderated by Ifeoma Nathaniel.
As expected of any reputable event, the national anthem was sung by everyone present and the CEO of Axon Analytics, Chief Edirin, Abamwa, gave his opening speech.
Five gentlemen and a lady, who formed a panel, were then brought on stage by Ngozi Odukwe, the Organisation and Methods Executive of Axon Analytics Limited, and also the Project Manager of ARMA.

The moderator and members of the audience were allowed to ask edifying questions about data.
The panelists; Rajesh Jakhotia and Saket Kumar from India and Nigeria-based data analytics experts, Ibrahim Hammed, Evans Otalor, Yvonne Alozie and Kayode Abass, shared their expertise as well as their professional opinions on questions from both media representatives and students.
Furthermore, in his keynote address, Rajesh Jakhotia gave an overview of Data and its importance in today's world. As if to buttress his point, he likened the future of data to oil, although a fellow panelist, Ibrahim Hammed did not subscribe to this assertion.

According to Ibrahim, crude oil is solely controlled by the government, Data on the other hand can be generated by individuals thus it was tough to place both side-by-side.
However, he noted that if Rajesh was comparing Data to Crude oil in the sense that it could be used as a 'lubricant' to power businesses in other to minimize cost and maximize profit, then such a comparison was understandable.
He further added that Data was somewhat similar to Crude oil because they both go through a process of refinement before they are distributed for its monetary value internationally.
Another panelist, Yvonne Alozie, Director of Programs at GitGirl while responding to questions about Data, said she was unsure if we are harnessing the full value of Data in our part of the world.
Alozie went on to say that most of the problems Nigeria faced as a developing economy is as a result of the lack of the optimal use of Data.

Using the analogy of hunger, she said that it was impossible to solve the problem of hunger if you do not know how many hungry people are out on the street.
Yvonne revealed that driven by a need to close this gap, is a reason ARMA is set up. As the untapped talents in the country can be taught how to sort and utilize the Data available to them.

Evans Otalor in his response to a question on customers' with regards Data Analytics, said that on the part of the customer, the general view is probably to acquire goods or services, but it is businesses who make use of Data while trying to meet the needs of the consumers.
On the reason very few women seem to be involved in Data Analytics, Yvonne said it is a systematic issue and not because the men are more resourceful in Data Analytics.
Rather she said it is socio-cultural conditioning, based on how women are raised in Nigeria. Thus most tech women are lost to order fields between the time of leaving school and starting a tech career.

Saket Kumar, the Chief Revenue Officer Emerging Markets, Netcore Solutions noted that India was faced with a similar problem in the past and it combatted this problem of inclusion by adding Tech subjects to the schools' curriculum and also getting more females to get actively involved in Tech.

Another panelist, Kayode Abass, posited that inevitably everybody would need to learn Data Analysis. His predictions stemmed from the seemingly small pool of professionals in the Data Analytics space.

According to Abass, when there are no data scientists to help with the business data, everyone will be forced to learn about it.
The Keynote speaker and one of the facilitators of ARMA's machine learning training, Rajesh further expounded on some of the things students of the course stand to gain at the end of the 7-day Machine Learning Training which ends on the 9th of October,2019.
