The President of the Republic of Liberia, H.E. Joseph Nyumah Boakai, received the Bi-Annual Performance Report of the National Oil Company of Liberia - NOCAL on August 7, 2025, during a formal presentation held at the Executive Mansion.

Presenting the report, NOCAL’s Acting President–CEO, Hon. Fabian Michael Lai, made a strong case for both short and long-term agendas outlining urgent actions needing presidential intervention within the next 30 days, emphasizing four key priority areas.

Hon. Lai, who was accompanied by members of NOCAL’s leadership team and Board of Directors,, also used the occasion to unveil the company’s 5-year Strategic Plan designed to revitalize Liberia’s oil and gas sector.

Chairperson of NOCAL’s Board of Directors, Cllr. Gloria Maya Musu-Scott expressed gratitude to the President for his continued support and complimented NOCAL’s Senior Management Team for the excellent strides achieved over the past eight months since her assumption of office in January 2025.

In his remarks, the Acting CEO spoke of the high interest from the Leading IOCs (international Oil Companies) in the Liberian basin, primarily because the government of President Joseph N. Boakai, Sr. is perceived as a responsible and trustworthy one; in addition to the absence of security threats along the Liberian coastline.

President Boakai expressed satisfactions at the presentation and reaffirmed his commitment to ensure that NOCAL’s short and long-term priorities are actualized. He was emphatic that all institutions within the Liberian Energy sector do their best to operate within the confines of the laws, ensuring that agreements are binding and mandates are fully adhered to. Tushbee Wins Integrity Legendary Radio Personality of the Year 2025

Divine Onyinyechi James, popularly known as Tushbee, has been honored with the Integrity Legendary Radio Personality of the Year 2025 award.

In an exclusive interview, Tushbee shared her passion for radio, describing it as her first love. She revealed that her broadcasting journey began in 2012 with Treasure FM, Port Harcourt, a subsidiary of Radio Nigeria.

The multiple award-winning radio presenter reflected on the sacrifices she has made for her career. According to her, she has turned down numerous lucrative offers from other industries and even put aside marriage (a story for another time) to remain dedicated to the media industry. Her ultimate goal was to become a legend in her field, win prestigious awards, and earn recognition for her contributions. Today, that dream has become a reality.

Tushbee expressed gratitude for being one of the few Nigerians practicing what they studied in school—Mass Communication. She said a golden fish has no hidding place and giving back to the siciety is more of a passion and lifestyle now.

I got this recognition due to some of the projects I have done and the organizers believe that I need to be encouraged.

According to her, she said her grand mother is the mother hen of her passion , as she was a widow plus she spent her teenage days helping and supporting her granny.

She said most of her holidays, she will travel from Port Harcourt to Umuahia to keep her granny company.

At first, Tushbee felt it was a duty of a grand child to grand mother, not up until 2015 , when her granny was call to glory, May her sweet soul continue to rest in peace. ( Late Mrs Grace Ihuaka Ndimele Azouonye ).

Tushbee narrated her she missed her granny's burial because of lack of Aviation petrol , she spent all day at the airport crying , while crying, the inspiration came to her to extend this care and support to other widows.

This became a burning passion which eventually came to birth in 2015 which is called ;TUSHBEE AND THE WIDOWS; Since then till now, she has been supporting widows and working with other widows who has the spirit of giving widowhood a new face in Africa.

She started a project in 2019 tagged : ONE MILLION WIDOWS NETWORK AFRICA . This project is geared to help widows, widowers, sit at home mothers and young girls to learn a skill that will help them make money at home. She started this project with Mrs Temitope Bilewu who is a widow and has great passion for widows.

Tushbee also partner with other NGOs to carry out project with and for them.

Presently, In conjunction with the support of some friends, she is planning on supporting some kids gain primary Education in the Makoko area of Lagos. She added that she wouldn't have peace until , one child atleast starts a primary Education.

When our reporter dig deeper, it was discovered that Tushbee is not married and not a widow as well.

When asked about her challenges as a single girl involving with widows. She gave a big sweet soothe smile and said, that will be a story for another day as she has faced a lot of challenges , spiteful words from men and women. However, being who I am, I gave deaf ears to all spoken and written words.

In conclusion, she said nothing gives her better joy than giving back to the society as much as she can and seeing widows smile big.

The igniting phenomenon #endsars has brought out the beast in some of the raging force and a more deadliness within the civilized youths. With the rounding up of the offenders and the treatments meated out to them, it shows nothing is learned or considered by call to end brutality of youths.

A force angry at why can't all criminals be treated the same and why criminals in their peer group should be given more attention and favor more than the civilized, a question of why can't life be balanced here.

A force that have shown us all within the space of a week how much havoc they can create without the ability of security to match the anger or number needs more of quality engagement not force to beat a force of the force that remains in force.

A force recognized by many polical class to be strong enough to push them out does not need to be forced but its demands managed and met.

Truthfully, no one teaches anyone how to have intercourse, and Truthfully, sex is way above intercourse .
The show helps to create sexual creativity, adventure, exploration, experience, satisfaction, rewards, bonds, spirituality, mental state, sexual balance, resonance, angles, and benefits in our relationships. I am glad, I did agree to take up the task.

I see myself getting in tune with the universe sexually on a daily basis and it has opened my mind in a way, that I can't express. The project which started in December 2019 with a 3 days seminar , where the widows were trained on different skills that will help them become financially free and they are ready to cover the 36 states of the Federation and beyond.
