Wow!!! The argument here is intense....that being said, I'll just chip in something....
Me thinks that the reason why nagato was edotenseid back to life without his legs being good was because of the time frame between when he had bad legs and when he fought Naruto.....the same can be said of Yahiko....he couldn't resurrect Yahiko because the time frame between when he died and when he decided to use his body is quite distant unlike when he killed those he killed at konoha and resurrected 'em back..... So time frame is also a factor in the edotensei technique.....

And for those putting Itachi and Nagato on the same boat, think again....in as much as Itachi can stand his ground when in battle against Nagato, he can never win......

For Madara and Hashirama fight, I don't think Madara can use the mokuton on Hashirama's level even though he can use it more than Yamato....reason being that the wood dragon he summoned couldn't hold kyuubified Naruto unlike Hashirama's wood dragon that in the past bound kyuubi according to Madara though Madara will try using Hashirama's techniques against him, he still can't use it to win him....

Then again, those asking why the Hashirama couldn't break out of the ET, Tobirama answered that question when he told Orochimaru that the mistake he made was modifying the technique because it brought 'em back with almost all their full powers.....

Me thinks Hashirama killed himself because I've looked all over the Narutoverse and I can't see a worthy rival except Madara....
