The funny thing is I've just finished watching a Train Travel Series across America on YouTube by a guy named Michael Downie (DownieLive)

He started from Florida in the South all the way to Alaska in the North.

One of the first trains he took to begin his journey was the Brightline Train.

Brightline is a relatively new private railway company and the train moves very fast.

It was very scary that year and NTA didn't do well by showing it at midnight which made it more scary.

I watched it recently and noticed how poor filming was back then in Nigeria compared to today. The visuals and audio are of very poor quality. We have come a long way in the filming industry.

I did. He's wheezing and pushing breaths between sentences. That is an extreme case of cholesterol accumulation. Some of his heart tubes and blood vessels are pretty clogged, so there isn't free flow of blood and air to his heart.

Last person I knew with a similar health challenge died 2years ago and he was just 59.

Eyaaaaaaaaaaaa, so sad.

Please can you enlighten us how a person can overcome this cholesterol accumulation?

The day I came across this info that Chilean passport is visa free to the US, it changed my perception about Chile.

I used to have this mindset of a country still affected economically by Augusto Pinochet regime but that changed when I read that information.

For a country to have visa free access to the US means that they are doing well economically and that they hardly migrate.

I can't sleep, even if i eventually do, i can't stay asleep, for example if i sleep by 2am, i will wake up by 4am and thats it for that night.

If you observe when i made this post, I slept around 3am because today is my birthday, i was answering calls and chats from well wishers, now i am up again around 5, thats why i made this post, i am fed up...

Take 1-2 tablespoons before bedtime and sleep like a baby.

PS: A friend of mine who's been battling insomnia took just 1 tablespoon and it sent him straight to dreamland within 10-15 minutes.

Like Unilever a few weeks ago, the truth is much of their business has been taken over by domestic companies. In the case of GSK, much of their medicines are out of patent. Every dick and harry is manufacturing pain killers and generic anti-biotics, we see their adverts all the time on youtube or tv. people are complaining that Augmentin has gone up but Augmentin is merely a brand name for amoxicillin/clavulanate potassium, there are cheaper generic Amoxicilin in the market because they are out of patent. thats why they are leaving. they do not have enough drugs still under patent.

The way pharmaceutical companies work is this: you do research and develop a medicine. youare granted a patent which may last 10, 20 25 years etc. During that period, the medicine may cost you N100 to produce but you can sell it for N10,000 to recover your r&d costs. Once your patent is over any tom dick and harry can manufacture the same product and sell it for N100 and sell it for N200. Nobody is going to see the same product for N200 and pay N10,000 simply because it is manufactured by GSK. Thats the problem with GSK, not that the Nigerian economy is bad.

The departure of these companies is not neccesarily a statement on the state of Nigeria but more a statement of the inability of these companies to compete with cheaper local manufacturers.
