my jupeb result was withheld, pls what can I do?

I have someone who wrote JUPEB (joint Universities preliminary examination board) for 2020/21 session

After so much delay for the results to be released, when it was finally released, he had A in biology, B in physics and W in chemistry (W meaning withheld).

Perplexed as he wasn't engaged in any sort of examination malpractice is looking for answers, even though experts say it will still be released which is taking too long

Has there been anyone in this kind of situation? What can I do?

I guess your camera is having that percular problem associated with iPhone 7 camera. Is the camera having difficulty focusing thereby giving you blurry images? The said it’s an issue of dust on the camera. Try blowing it or get a repairer to look at it. He will most likely tell you to change it.

It's second hand...maybe that's why... I'll fix it thanks!
