There is a way you can do it to minimise cost just as embassy will staple the whole documents together , sign and seal it once with necessary stamps.

You are talking about the one at NEPA road right? What is wrong with them ? No be their money dem won collect? Next time, just look for a print out of where the school or uni-assist talk about the seal, print it and go with it. I will go there one of these days again. Cause they have the seal; though they will collect extra 50 naira for the red seal

Well, not necessarily... That's why sometimes it's better to mail an institution directly than asking questions (that have been answered a million times) here. My documents certifications were accepted by uniassist without any seal...

Lol, there are some schools (uni koblenz, th koln, btu, Tuk nd more) that I mailed and they replied an English proficiency letter is fine and can cover up for the English test, meanwhile recommendation letter was not part of their requirements while sm made it optional. Above all, Its just better to contact the school themselves nd follow the instructions and requirements, nd pray for success. I believe no matter how bad it might look, if one apply to many schools, satisfying their requirements (esp writing a very good motivation letter) and Ofcus with prayers admission letter(s) will def surface. If one school reject u, another will def accept u.

Honestly, some comments here makes me laugh
You don't want to attempt IELTS but you want admission. when the decision maker decline your application, you start crying fowl.. my brother, our english is not recognized yet as "Öfficial" hence the need to fulfill all these requirements. Remember, thousands of applicants with good cgpa, ielts result, amazing motivation letters, work experience are also applying for the same course you are yearning for. I believe in one thing. when we do things right, with God and prayer, everything will fall in place. All these schools change rules and you never can tell. I have seen crazy instances where a Nigerian student with 2.97 Cgpa, 7.0 IELTS, Goethe A1, motivation letter, work experience who applied for Bsc in automotive engineering was rejected..


Like serious.. A school offering Msc programme that does not need recommendation and English test . with my little experience in German schools and studies, I have never come across such school and course..maybe you can be kind enough to share it with us..

Omo iya...I got mine from school tho. you can also get one at ministry of Education. you can use the student copy but it has to be certified. Make photocopies of the transcript and go to the high court for the certification. which school and course you wan apply for ?

However, that's a strong CGPA - should even qualify you for scholarships. I would believe a high CGPA and a great motivation letter will increase anyone's chances.

1. Do you have any other way? Collect it by hand, scan and send. Or you could probably send it directly to uni-assist if they don't give you by hand.
2. "Do I go to back to my school to request for my transcript sent to uni assist" Maybe you could expatiate on this. If the transcript has been "sent", how will you re-request for it? Or do you mean another copy? Ideally, you should get your student copy and press on with all your applications (except explicitly stated otherwise). Even the deadwood copy you snailmail to uni-assist should be notarized/authenticated photocopies of the transcript.
3. Yes
