UTERUS: A slightly bulky anteverted uterus. There is a pedunculated fibroid of size 7.2 by 7.7cm arising from the fundal wall. The cavity is empty, intact and regular. No evidence of intra or extra uterine gestation. No retained products of conception.
OVARIES: Are normal in size and stromal echoes. Visible primordial follicle are noted. No ovarian cyst.
ADNEXA: Bilaterally free. The salpinges show nothing remarkable. Nothing in the pouch of Douglas.

Summary: Pedunculated fibroid.
