I am strongly against the fuel price hike but the proposed strike action by NLC and TUC is not the way forward. The labour movement should engage the government constructively instead of declaring a strike that we all know won't be effective due to the factionalisation of NLC.


Labour should use this opportunity to negotiate for a meaningful reduction in the pump price, substantial increase in minimum wage and the immediate payment of all outstanding promotion arrears and 28 days allowances instead of embarking on a fruitless strike action.

The reality is that even private establishments are now owing their staff and there seems to be no way forward, if it is this strike that will bring about normalcy in the economic activities, SO LET IT BE!

This Ben of a guy stays in Abuja and not in the crude part of Abia where he was born, he should know how to coordinate himself especially on the social media. Many are saying it is his biz forgetting the fact that we have some young men and ladies that visit this site. Pls for God's sake, let's make the future better than what it is now. Such picture is not ment for the public. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom... Morals first...
