Account Officer
Overview
The accounts officer shall report to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for processing payment documentations with the client, handle petty cash and banking transactions; produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as may be required by his/her immediate bosses and/or management.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyzing of Payment/petty cash vouchers.
• Posting all the transactions to their various ledgers
• Develop, implement & modify record keeping
• Running of Day to day banking activities.
• Ensuring that all receipts (Cheque/Cash) are banked instantly
• Registering/booking of all incoming invoices;
• Maintenance of stock ledgers
• Keeping up filing system for all types of invoices and payment vouchers
• Other functions as required by the management.
• Prepare a weekly report of her department (to be ready by Friday)
• Update of the Debtors/Creditors of the company
• Registering/booking of all incoming invoices, Follow up on debt if possible
• Prepare schedules for payment of company’s creditors
• Keeping and maintaining of stock ledgers
• Other functions as required by the management.
• Preparing and reconciling all the banks (bank reconciliation statement)
• Reconciling all the Debtors and Creditors (Local & Foreign) of the company
• Monthly stock taking and valuation of stock.
• Extracting the monthly trial balance
• Compute PAYE, VAT taxes and render returns
• Preparing the monthly payroll
• Preparing monthly Income statement (Profit & loss account)

Qualifications and experience
• BSc. /HND in accounting, finance, business admin, etc with good progress in the professional examinations of a recognized accountancy professional body.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience as an accounts staff with good practical skills in the use of computer, especially excel as well as any accounting package.
• Few years’ work experience in audit will be desirable.

Field Technician
Job Purpose:
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment.
• The primary responsibility of Field Technician is to deliver high quality services to our clients.
• Field Technician is responsible for ensuring that the preparation and dispatching of equipment is complete.

• Conducts maintenance of RCD/MFC control systems equipment at job site and workshop.
• Has strong Electrical/Mechanical knowledge that allows the RCD/MFC Control Systems Specialist to troubleshoot wellsite equipment failures
• Is responsible for own continuous development to become capable to run the service in difficult and non-routine environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Equipment rig-up and rig-down on each well.
• Perform various duties around the managed pressure drilling choke manifold, data acquisitions system, rotating control head, separation equipment, fluid handling and transfer systems, ensuring that all procedures are followed in accordance with the safety precautions and practices.
• Operate and Monitor rotating control head, choke manifold and separation system, with sampling and manual data recording.
• Perform maintenance and system checks at the well site.
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting in case of equipment failure.
• To advise and assist the Supervisor with any pre-activity safety meeting action points that should be discussed
• To fully learn and ensure the compliance of, and the implementation, of all QHSE procedures during the operational activity
• Responsible for QHSE procedures and documentation on site for specific shift.
• Conduct themselves in a professional manner while on or off the rig site
• The job requires direct contact with the other crew members and Customer Representatives as well as other Services on location.
• Perform green tag procedures in the workshop or the field.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance as per the checklist.

Former Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Chief Olabode George has expressed the party's bright prospect in the forthcoming general elections, asserting that the All Progressive Congress, APC should be prepared to loose the much coveted seat in Alausa,for which PDP is poise to do the seemingly impossible by slashing the fee to

N15,000.

He stressed that 16 years rule in Lagos has been moment of terror, agony and hardship to Lagosians who now clamour for their departure and yearn for PDP in replacement.

Speaking at the kick off campaign of President Goodluck Jonathan in Lagos on thursday, Bode George said the PDP is coming to liberate Lagosians from the hand of a political dictator, who exploit his influence to make his daughter leader of market women and wife a Senator in a party that belong to them all.

''We have been on a bridge that led us to no where in the last 16years, rather than serving the people that voted them they paid back by acquiring stupendous wealth and inflicting untold hardship on the masses. I'm aware they have started parking their luggage from the state."

Comparing his party with APC, George said that PDP is far better than APC in terms of administration, insisting that the party has been formidable and strong devoid of what obtains in a monopolised APC .

According to him, the Lagos State University, LASU, that was established by Lateef Jakande to basically make quality education accessible to indigent students, the government of Babatunde Fashola indiscriminately increased it to N350,000, stressing that Jimi Agbaje would reduce it to N15,000 if given the mandate.

Also, the governorship candidate of the party in the state Jimi Agbaje responding to PDP's presentation of flag on behalf of other Governorship standard bearers, said he is committed to serve Lagosians diligently, correcting the errors of APC and making sure people receive dividends of democracy without bitterness.

Adding that PDP would shake Lagos and entire Nigeria as his party will surprise APC with their total victory from president to all the states of the federation.

Meanwhile a PDP bigwig in the state who pleaded anonymity stressed that all hands must be on deck in Lagos PDP before they can pull any strand, adding that many of the party leaders had scuttle the chances of the party in the past and only their sincere unity could take Agbaje to Alausa in 2015.
