Two of the pups booked already even when I haven't put them up for booking yet thanks to nairaland ..

Noticed that my dog was shedding excessively after whelping, so I had to get her some calcium supplement fromy vet to compliment her meals ...she looks better now and coat coming back on.

The pups turn a week today and all in good health..

Furry little Suckers

First night's picture.. Had to move her an empty room to have space and privacy.

Whelping began around 2am three days ago.
Didn't expect it as it was around the 59th day but still managed to stay up till 1am before I slept off.
So when she gave birth to the first one, she was clueless and dint know what to do until I came out to assist but by that time it was late, the pup was gone.

Recent births went smoothly up and until around 8-9 am..
She had a still birth Inbetween so I lost two pups in total.

11 puppies, 2 deaths, 9 healthy and I'm trying to keep them that way...

Final week.. Currently at my family's, was advised not to travel with her to my end till she whelps.
So I'm patiently waiting
