Give it 4-6wks.

Dam5reey:
Who still want to buy one plus 7 pro because of 90Hz refresh rate?

:who refresh rate EPP?

Dam5reey:
Yeah, but when are we getting it @ 361 USD, But for the first time Mi9 drop very fast oo.. Now ~390 Compared to 445USD..

361USD for SD 855, Ahaha that's rough play oo....

It will keep dropping as all eyes will be on the k20 pro, the mi 9se is dead.

ElvisMcCoy:
Interesting

Literally no point buying the base variant, the 6/128gb is a big GO.

genius43:
It wasn't, the base of the Chinese variant was $445

Let me go and pack cooperative oooo.

Dam5reey:
One plus just lost it's Flagship Killer Throne to Redmi...

Hail the new Flagship Killer.. Redmi ! GOT

It's the new king in town.

Dam5reey:
Same as Mi 9 considering initial price, abeg Make Mi over Redmi

Was the mi 9 $361 at launch?

ElvisMcCoy:
Xiaomi does know how to steer the Hornet's nest... That device is sure complete. I'm looking no further...

We are waiting for the price...

Really don't understand how they keep doing this, hats off to them

genius43:
Maami give us details oooo. Don't keep us in suspense

$361 for the base variant of the k20 pro, holy shit!

BluePrincee:

Someone posted a picture of the redmi note 4 for 29k, that's a fantastic deal if you are on a lean budget.

Man this redmi k20 pro looks like a complete package.

IKON360:
One of my guys wants to buy a phone and his budget is 35k, which xiaomi phone can I suggest for him excluding Redmi Go?

Check the post above yours.

bobo65:

Nobody beats the camera quality of the Pixel and the iPhone. For the power efficiency, 6T might outperform, no fuss. SD chipset are usually known to be power-efficient. From reviews, the SD version of the S10+ outperforms the Exynos version when it comes to battery life, so it'd explain why 6T would do well when it comes to battery life. But bad as it may, S10+ would still give you at least 6hrs of SOT or even more with moderate usage, which is more than enough for the day's job. While I am a huge fan of OnePlus, we really can't start to compare them and Samsung. The Oneplus idea was to provide cheap alternative to the major flagships. They are starting to deviate from that. And we can't start to argue where the value for money is, especially in Nigeria.

You grab?

Nah, there is the standard edition of the oneplus 7 which is relatively quite cheaper. The idea of the 7 pro is if you want more, you got to spend more. While am not a fan of their new strategy, it shows they are trying to play with the big boys and rightly so. No am not equating Samsung with oneplus, but if I were given the choice between the s10+ and the op7 pro it would be op7 pro.

bobo65:
After the long wait

Wow, you don hit jackpot ooo

bobo65:
Samsung s5
No mind me jare
Samsung screen no dey let their battery last
Na their tabs get awesome batteries
But s8 plus and s9 plus battery dey try sha

Na Samsung s2 I dey manage.

Timbuktu14:
How about the 3x Ultra wide angle camera? Wireless charging? Reverse wireless charging? Front camera with f1.7? Bigger battery.

You get true flagship experience with Samsung any day. Mind you, I am a big fan of OnePlus. I currently own the 5T and the 6T.

Camera heh? So long both can't take pictures like the pixels then it's a meh. Wireless charging yes but it isn't a deal breaker and when it comes to battery, bigger doesn't mean better. I would wager that the 6t outperforms the s10+ in terms of battery life. Currently using a Samsung phone and the battery life is poor .

Good evening.

Ship phones?

Timbuktu14:
In the US bro. You won't get it for that price on AliExpress. The 12/256gb version is even more expensive than Samsung S10+.

I have a chance of owning one of those, but presently can't decide which one. The smooth screen and fast updates on OP7pro or the flagship experience of a Samsung device.

Afaik the only feature that is significantly missing in the op7 pro is the official IP rating. It literally wipes the floor with s10+ except you just want to do samsung.

Happy sunday.

genius43:
Ok. The OnePlus 7 is not as appealing as the 7 pro, it just looks like a 6T with a new processor and camera setup

Yeah Infact the 7 supports less bands than the 6t. Make Tuesday come make we see.

DarkJeddi:
What makes the One Plus 7,

Not Pro..

Better?

Well he might prefer stock android with little customization.

genius43:
That is the price for Oneplus 7.

OnePlus 7 pro is $699

To be fair he can get the oneplus 7 (8/256gb) for about $505 as that's the only variant available on Ali. Incredible deal.

Coming to the k20 pro, if it retails below $400 it would drive sales like crazy. Am going with $380 for the base configuration.

The only challenge would be with resellers on alixpress, the pricing will be way higher before it stabilises in another 2/3months.

ElvisMcCoy:
I've got two available. You can chat me up or call me let's deal. I'm in Lagos...

Great. Number pls.

Good afternoon.

ubev01:
My thought on the Redmi k20/20pro and possibly k20 lite
Xiaomi will price the k20 as the cheapest sd855 in the market while the pro version will come with more functions and be priced more than the mi 9. The lite version (if any) will come with a 700 series chip.
Why price the pro above the mi 9?
That will give Xiaomi more reasons to increase the price of their next flagship to the 600 to 800 price range with Redmi flagship retaining the current price point of xiaomi's flagships.
My thoughts though

Isn't the k20 the one with sd730 and the pro with sd855?

stephinnoyewole:
