Simple logic should have told them a 50 used units lots of xiaomi might probably have one or two rom flashed on them as far as xiaomi is concern.... I remember my old personal xiaomi phone wasn't sold with it official rom.

They can as well go to CV to go ask a phone seller that sells multiple brand of which rom is present on the used xiaomi they have for sell.

You misunderstood what they were saying. They are actually letting you know that mi A3 has just one version which is global when you said you don't know which rom it came with(your response to a potential buyer that asked). Now it is not a crime not to know,you should have listened and arm yourself with some of the info they provided since you are the one that will be dealing with potential customers (noob) questions. The MI A3 is the third iteration of the MI A series on the Android one program so they all come with stock Android OS or very near stock Android (as they do not feel exactly like the Google Pixels).

They do not come with the MIUI, the Xiaomi MI A3 launched with Android 9 pie, upgradable to 10 and is expected to be upgradable to the next Android OS as they're expected to receive 2 years of major OS updates (including monthly security patches).

Bottom line: Forgot about Global ROM or not for the MI A3, I don't know if any that exists for them

Hi guys. I bought a Redmi phone on AliExpress last Friday. The seller was very responsive before I paid for the item. He even told me he ships out in just 3 days. I reached out to him when i paid after which he told me he doesn't have the items and he's awaiting supply from the factory, something he didn't tell me before I paid. He doesn't read my messages anymore. Something doesn't seem right with the seller. I canceled the order tho but I don't know if he rejected. Do I get like a notification of he accepts or rejects?

You will get a notification, next time check the item processing period before placing orders and BTW isn't the price of the note 9s on alixpress almost the same price as buying locally from people who have it?

In the past, the only time you can open dispute after 10 days is when the seller shipped your order and it has not been picked by the courier. Then you can proceed to open dispute on the ground of logistic issues.

Scratch that there is no global version named on the box. The box is white though, that's another indication its global version plus you will clearly see all the name and the color of the phone in english at the back of the box.

Na so one guy here go sell phone with custom recovery and developer ROM to person wey no sabi. To make matter worst, he didn't remove his mi account. That one decide to flash a weekly custom miui based ROM with the help of somebody, na so phone boot and stop for activate this device. He had no idea that the seller never removed his account because the seller gave him the impression that he removed everything. On contacting the seller, he said he forgot the password and the sim with which he used in registering it got lost.

Wow, that's really crazy. If one must sell a used Xiaomi phone,I would like to think it should be sold without modification to the device and mi a count removed. So how Una wan come take resolve this issue bayi?
