Nothing has changed! It implies not more than 5 days after ALL the necessary conditions have been met as stipulated in your screenshot.

So the money will be paid to the applicant's account not the vendors account?

But in the CBN Ties Guidelines, they say that the money will be disbursed to the applicant account within 5 days.

How did they change it.

I was sent a mail that I was shortlisted, but when i try to log in to my profile and choose my location, it says I've not been shortlisted. What could be the problem here?

Maybe they are still updating the database.
