Those people were deported from Algeria into Niger republic. Ordinarily, Nigel can't just repatriate Nigerians easily like that. I've passed through that route and am telling u from experience. Too bad rip to them, that ihiala/orlu route is one of the most dangerous road to travel in it's unfortunate the driver never knew this. My mom's friend would have been kidnapped few months ago in this same road along with all the people in their bus if not for God's intervention that day.

please I would kindly advice any traveler to avoid that particular road as it's a death route at the moment, I plied that road two months ago and I was lucky to reach orlu alive.
