(2) The FHC has already said the SHC lacks jurisdiction and thereby all that was pronounced is null and void.


There are many sides to defection but I would not rather say on that since that aspect was never brought up in thr court.

Hope you know d weight an affidavit carries .. so as no court of competent jurisdiction has ruled against the affidavit they swore their seats remain vacant. They shld stop parading themselves...
