The status quo would be maintain; the NJC would accordingly be obliged to nominate Mohammed, as the next most senior officer; Saraki is already a spent force unlikely to have the Senate backing he once had to cause any more trouble - even if he wanted to.

I hope when the arm of the law swings the other way u will still have same faith and good words for the judiciary.
Anyway for once the judiciary is seeming like it's independent. And not a market place where the highest bidder wins. Once upon a time.
Thanks to the crack down on the judiciary. We know who we should thank for this
Lol the Judiciary is paying back APC for rough handling the CJN.

Politics / Another Presidential Candidate Asks Court To Disqualify Buhari, Atiku by figment232(m): 10:11pm On Mar 27, 2019
Another presidential candidate, Ambrose Oworu, and his party, Hope Democratic Party (HDP), have dragged President Muhammadu Buhari and the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, to court over the February 23 election.
The petitioners are challenging the legality of the election earlier slated for February 16 but later shifted to February 23.
Mr Oworu and his party in the petition marked CA/EPT/PRE/001/2019 are praying the tribunal to nullify the presidential election and the declaration of Mr Buhari as the winner.
They added that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has no power under any law to shift the February 16 date to 23.
According to Mr Oworu and the HDP, who claimed to have been omitted from participating in the February 23 election, the election was invalid by way of non-compliance with the provisions of the Electoral Act stipulating the conditions under which election can be lawfully postponed.

This is the same mistake they made in 2015 in choosing lawan and femi through mock primaries.the best thing is to zone the seat to zones and then a day or two to the elections they would settle for someone and then sleep overnight at the nass and then if possible start proceedings before the pdp members arrive.the security can even prevent pdp members from even gaining access

If Atiku gets 80 and Buhari gets 10 in the south east

But

Buhari gets 350 while pdp gets 100, Do you know that Buhari has more votes?

The SE people need to come out more if they are really serious about voting out Buhari. Their figures are extremely low
