I can imagine some northern APC leaders have would have expressed disappointment in Tinubu's poor showing from the results coming in polling unit by unit in the South, especially in Lagos, where he was expected to win by a landslide. They must be disappointed that he was slugging it out with the Labor party's Peter Obi in some states, instead of winning convincingly.
The northern APC leaders must have expected Tinubu to lead a massive APC victory in Lagos and other southwestern states, which would have set the tone for the party's victory in the country as a whole

This is very true. I watched a video yesterday where people were asked who they'll vote for. Almost half of those interviewed said they were not voting because they don't have cash to go to their polling area. They said they were supposed to leave on Friday but no cash. Too bad! What I realized was that many people don't have their polling units close by.
