The Glory Is In The Word!

And he said unto them, Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law. For it is not a vain thing for you; because it is your life... (Deuteronomy 32:46-47).

The Word of God instructs us and guides us, but the Word is more than a guidebook or a book of instructions; God's Word is life! The children of Israel saw the Law as instructions, but Moses had a different mind-set; he regarded the Law as life. Read again his admonition to the children of Israel in the opening verse. No wonder Moses knew the ways of God, while the children of Israel were only acquainted with the acts of God; they saw God's Word as commandments to obey, instead of seeing the picture of His righteousness.

The Word of God is the mirror of God that unveils His character, nature, and personality, as well as His image and description of you. The Word of God mirrors you. For example, the Word says, "...count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience" (James 1:2-3).

What God is showing you here is beyond an instruction; He's showing you the glory in the Word and the kind of person He's made you: you're the one who counts it all joy irrespective of the tests, trials, and tribulations, because you know you'll always triumph! This is your life. He wants you to see the glory in the instruction.

Think, talk, and live according to the picture of you that you see in the Word! Be who the Word says you are! Satan, circumstances, and situations may try to sway you otherwise, but stick only with the picture of your life that the Word of God has presented to you.

As you keep looking into the mirror of God, you become what you see: "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:18).

P R A Y E R
Dear Father, I thank you for the glory in your Word. Your Word is more than a set of instructions; it is an unveiling of your glory in my life. As I meditate on the Word, I'm transfigured into the exact image of what I see, translated from one level of glory to another, by your Spirit, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Topic: Living for Christ

When Christians do not address issues, evil will prevail.
It pays to hear God's word and act.
The best way out of any challenge is by the word of God.
Your life is on the go. you are not stagnant.
You have been called to live for Christ.
What God rejoices over is not only your salvation but the people to whom you will give salvation to.
2 Corinthians 5:1-21
There's a greater body you must take care of ...your spirit.
Are you earnestly desiring this life or the bus stop ends by you taking care of only your physical body?
The name of Jesus is named upon you...you carry the mark of Christ by taking up responsibilities in the house of God.
The responsibility shows who you are working for.
Whatever you do should amount to soul winning else you are living a troubled life... It may not show now but it will definitely show.
Stand out; do the right thing; do the needful.
God will give his Spirit earnestly because you are going about Gods business.
When you start investing in the unseen body, your life will take a new meaning.
Your Spirit is so strong as long as you are born again.
Confession: I refuse to struggle.
Why do you do what you do in church?
Jesus said " I will build my church" In the bid to build, Jesus recruited us.
Where does your interest lie?
That place of work is for you to express Christ.
Does your life match the message you preach?
Can someone see Jesus in you?
Are you a lifter of souls or a destroyer?
Don't stand in the way of God.
Every person you see was destined to live forever; the difference is that some go to eternal condemnation and some to the realms of glory.
Evangelism is not convenient but we must do it.
Learn to develop your Spirit.
Sow into this land. There's a re-designing of the land to favour you as you win souls.
Hebrews 11:6
What you say is what you have.
Its good to be smart to know when God is calling you.
Soul winning is something vital that we must achieve.
1Peter 3:
Life is beyond your challenges and it has expiring date but hell has no expiring date so take soul winning seriously.

Your Blood- Bought Inheritance.

According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue (2 Peter 1:3).

When we talk about salvation, some people don’t understand it; it’s a big word. It encapsulates all the wonderful blessings resulting from the redemptive work of Christ: salvation, healing and divine health, success, freedom, liberty, preservation, etc.; they’ve all been paid for! They’re yours now to enjoy! All the good things of life are all in the salvation package; the glorious life is your heritage. Prosperity with peace is your birthright.

Read the opening verse again; it says His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness. That’s not a promise; it’s a statement of fact, expressing what God has already done. In Christ Jesus, He’s given you everything that you require for the transcendent life; they’re all inside you. Christ in you is the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27), and Christ is everything.

Therefore, you’re forever set up for the triumphant life. In Christ, you have it made; all things are yours (1 Corinthians 3:21)! This is what makes Christianity so awe-inspiring; the life that God has given you is the divine life, and everything you’ll ever require to live joyfully and triumphantly, came with that life.

Remember this: Jesus shed His blood for you, being the only sinless one qualified to save us by His blood. Since He’s already done it, all you need do is enjoy the benefits associated with His vicarious sacrifice. You have legal rights to possess everything salvation in Christ brings, for they’re your blood-bought inheritance in Him: “In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will” (Ephesians 1:11).

CONFESSION
Christ lives in me; therefore, I’m made for life! His divine power has given me everything I require to live joyfully and victoriously every day! Success, prosperity, divine health, promotions and the glorious life are my blood-bought inheritance, and vital experience in Christ Jesus! I have a goodly heritage. Halleluiah.
