*Executive Assistant Urgent Needed*

Our company, a real estate, heavy equipment, and Technical training firm urgently require to fill the position of an Executive Assistant

*Responsibilities:*
• Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
• Manage clients order entries
• Provide clients with quotes and product knowledge
• Update client databases
• Manage, organize and maintain CEO’s time calendar, scheduling and reminding appointments
• Take initiative to make minor job-specific decisions in the absence of CEO.
• Perform general administration tasks
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs
• Preparing tailor-made proposals
• Supporting senior managers with ad-hoc projects
• Target new and prospective clients and ensure that their standards are met
• Attend networking events with company clients and partners and Follow up on leads generated from those events.

*Requirements and Skills*
BSC/HND/OND Or even a Smart SSCE holder with required skills and experience could be considered.
•. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of recent administrative work/experience in similar role
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office: MSWord, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Good knowledge of graphic design
• Professional and excellent communication skills
• Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
