My brother, with all the troubles of the Igbos, the North still trust them. Yes, igbos are brave and outspoken. They can't swallow humiliation like others because of politics. They believe they can survive without presidency. The North knows that when an igbos says I stand here, that's where they stand unlike some people.

Yes igbos don't stand in the line long enough to get presidency, because once you piss them off the say, to he'll with the presidency and tell you their mind.

But the truth is that Northerners will still trust that troublesome igbos with power than the humiliation swallowing yoruba.

Now Yorubas don't want igbo president, North can't trust yoruba president. So at the end of the day, an Igbo president will still have to be the mediator between the North and south.
