Tugrow is a scammer jare. I ordered stuffs from him last year and most got missing up to 430k. This dude takes you seriously when you never make payment, once you pay, lackadaisical attitude begins on his part. I am sure most of our foods that we thought are missing are a theory this thief honestly

I seldom comment on issues as this. I was one of the first persons to use Tugrow when he started. I used him a couple of times, he delivered some, some were delayed and some got missing too. His haphazard and unprofessional method of business is a big minus. I can remember writing a negative review here and he came against me sharing our previous conversations and claiming I wanted to spoil his business. Running a business is more than just having a business idea, you got to understand simple business ethics, be customer centric, and professional in dealing with people unfortunately that is not the case here. Pride, arrogance and unprofessionalism can bring down even an empire.
I will advise you guys try to settle this amicably. @Tugrow, please refund him. 207 Yuan is just too small for this negative publicity you are giving to yourself

How terrible. The reason I quoted him in the first place is because he is a friend I know personally, from what I understand he is not asking you to bring any money to order anything from him. He wants you to order from the money he is owning you. This is a small issue you can settle amicably, he does not have the intention of scamming you so stop calling him a scammer. You can either follow terms or beg him to reconsider and pay you cash.
