Yes they got the APL from the NFIU Director through a senator.
They did interview last year and collected the APL this year.
But they have not yet contact them for documentation while some did the documentation.

Assuming I am having both a masters degree and a bachelor's degree. However, I got employed with the bachelor's degree. Does that mean the masters degree I am currently having is not relevant and a waste to that job? So, I will need to request for a study leave, acquire new one and then may now tender it ?

ONCE YOU GET A JOB WITH LOWER CERTIFICATE, THE REST BECOMES USELESS. UNTIL YOU NOTIFY THEM OF YOU TRYING TO ACQUIRE MORE CERTIFICATE TO BOOST YOU E.G ME BEING A CASE STUDY, HAVING MASTERs, BUT I GOT EMPLOYED WITH Bsc, SO I'M EXPECTED TO APPLY FOR EDUCATIONAL VACATION (STUDY LEAVE) AND GET A NEW Msc FOR UPGRADING AND ATTACHMENT INTO MY FILE. That's how it goes or you face jail term for forgery and that will lead to indefinite-suspension (probational staff).

This is not true. You can be converted to a higher position later if you have a degree. E.g you work as a driver in a university with ssce and u have a master's, You can be converted to a lecturer later.

For instance, firs is doing replacement and I submit my CV/details which indicated that I have masters degree with more than 7yrs work experience in private sector. Which level will they place me?

I applied a state government job with "TRADE TEST" as a requirement for the position. But i have Bachelor of Science degree in another field of study out side that of trade test certificate.

Please will they consider my higher qualification on the final screening and documentation ? ?

NCC have share APL,If you dont get it, move elsewhere till next year. A friend of friend got it yesterday.
