Speaking via video link at Manchester's Soccerex, the Swiss, 78, said
he wanted coaches to be allowed at least one challenge per half.
He revealed the trial could happen at next year's Fifa Under-20 World
Cup.
"We can try in a youth competition, an Under-20, like next year when
we are in New Zealand," he said.
"It can only be done where there is television coverage of all the
matches."
In a wide-ranging interview, Blatter also confirmed he would seek re-
election as Fifa president in 2015.

He said the on-field referee would have the final say on whether to
change their own decision.
Blatter said coaches would "have the right in the half, twice or once, to
challenge a refereeing decision but only when the game is stopped".
He added: "Then, there must be a television monitor but by the
television company and not by another referee.
"And then the referee and the coach, they will go then to look, and then
the referee may change his mind, as it is the case in tennis, for
instance."
Blatter also stated:
The 2022 World Cup in Qatar will have to be played in winter and
consultation has started with the players' union FIFPro, clubs,
leagues and the six continental federations about moving the
tournament.
A boycott of the 2018 World Cup in Russia would not work as
such a move in sport "never has any benefit".
He wants "respect, fair play and perhaps also the truth" over
allegations over corruption within Fifa.
He still respects Greg Dyke despite criticism from the Football
Association chairman.
Blatter announced his intention to seek a fifth term in charge of world
football's governing body and will make an official announcement at
Fifa's executive committee meeting between 25-26 September.
He had told delegates at a Uefa congress in March 2011 that he would
definitely stand down in 2015.
However, that plan has now been shelved, with Blatter completing a U-
turn.
"You see a mission is never finished. And my mission is not finished,"
said Blatter.

"I was not surprised because in private conversations I have had with
Michel Platini before, during and after the World Cup he has confirmed
he would not be a candidate," said Blatter, who has been Fifa
president since 1998.
"But (he told me) there will be someone who will be your contender,
who will be contesting you."

Late Effiong Otu, he died for love
Friends and family members of a twenty one year a student of
Maritime Academy Oron , Effiong Otu are at a loss why he took
his life by hanging on a rope in his room on Thursday morning
after he was jilted by his girl friend.
A family source who gave her name as Ann told
CrossRiverWatch that Effiong was found hanging in his room
at Diamond Hill a few minutes after he collected a rope from
neighbors who became suspicious soon after he went inside
his room with the rope wondering what he wanted to use it for.
According to the source, when his mother Grace Otu , a nurse
at the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital left the house at
about 3 pm on the day of the incident the young man borrowed
a rope and killed himself.
“The 10th of July was the 10th year anniversary of his father’s
death in a car accident and after the anniversary and everyone
had left the house and his mother also went out, he went to the
neighbors and borrowed a rope which he took to his room and
hung himself”
Ann said the neighbors became suspicious what he was doing
in his room with the rope and decided to rush there but found
the door to the room locked and before they could force the
door open he had died” Our source said.
She said before he hung himself, he called one of his friends,
Adu on phone requesting him to tell his girl friend, Blessing
who works with UNICEM that she should now be happy that he
has killed himself for her.
“Before his friend could rush to the house, the door had already
been forced open by neighbors and Effiong’s body was
hanging from the ceiling of the house”.
Our source said Effiong was an only son of the family and was
given the late father’s name as a source of succor for the
family but “He has again left us sad and angry with this
thoughtless action”

posted on his face book page on the 6th of July the following

relationship. It’s about being happy, safe, secured, relieved and
