Back then in secondary school, I was taught that census in Nigeria is conducted every 10years.
The last census conducted in Nigeria was in 2006. All things being equal, the next census should be in this year 2016.
However it seems not many Nigerians are discussing it.
Will the 2016 national census be conducted or not?
