There is nothing to share as there is a very high chance that those who got the mail are not active on Nairaland (I am coming from the Graduate Engineering angle).

Looking at the number who made it to the first level interview stage, the number was shy of 20 and about 40% or less has gotten invite so far for the second interview (Graduate Engineer position).

The first interview was the purely competency based interview (CBI) with a mix of questions about the organisation. The duration for the first interview was 1 hour and for the second interview it was 30 mins.

That is just basically all. So you can see there is little or nothing to share ba?

Good morning please in the second interview that was 30minutes what type of questions were asked since the first one was company based questions . Also like how many questions for each interview. Was it obj or theory? Thanks

For Graduate Engineer candidates, is there a need to take any documents to the interview? The Interview Invitation and Interview Confirmation emails don't specify any required documents.

For graduate engineers that have done interview can you all please share what the interview process was like e.g what questions were asked what topics, what you think made you pass the interview what helped etc

Please who was able to take the Deloitte test here?

I just finished the useless thing
They were literally asking current affairs questions like tf
Who is the first female novelist in Nigeria
Who made nigerias national anthem
If you really want the Deloitte stuff I advise to just sneak in a phone and browse the answers
If I went back in time that’s what I would’ve done tbh

All these job aptitude test are just getting ridiculous most especially the ones hosted by dragnet

Really, mine is just the one face-to-face interview for 45 mins. You see this was why I asked earlier if there was going to be a skilled test. The recruitment process in 2019 for EH was just skil- test (discipline-based), then interview round 1, and a final interview before the medicals and offer; there was no aptitude test (only for GTs). Apparently, they are taking a different approach this time around. Do you mind if I ask how many years of experience you have? I just want to get clarity here.

Bro this is unrelated and probably a silly question to ask but please when you did the aptitude test like how many questions were you able to get their answers in the mathematics section

Also how was the test overall
Did you know you killed it
Or it didn’t go so well and you were surprised that they called you for the next stage

This question also applies to other guys that had their application status changed from under review to application in progress

And the purpose of this question is so people who haven’t gotten positive feedback so far can know where to put their mind and also know how to jazz up for the should in case we want to do a similar aptitude test for Exxon Mobil in the nearest future
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Exxonmobil Graduate Engineer Trainee by fisimaster: 7:02am On Apr 14
Secondly for those that are going to be doing their interview
Both graduate engineers and experienced hires
Please let us know how the interview goes in full detail Abeg (e.g the questions they were asking, the questions that caught you off guard that you would’ve answered well had you have prepared more etc) should in case we try our luck next time and we make it to the interview stage

Also for guys that got their interview invitations (I know this is a silly question to ask)
But how did the test go for you
Did you genuinely know you did well?
How many maths questions were you able to get their answers
Etc
This can help put the mind of people hopeful or people wondering why they didn’t get selected at ease

Good morning , guys happy Sunday
As much as it pains me to say this but the truth is if your application is still on under review as of now it’s best to not put your mind on it . I applied for some other Exxon Mobil positions and I didn’t get a feedback from them to do a test or whatever and the application still shows “application received” which most likely means they update application status only when the applicant has been shortlisted for the next stage.

Then again anything can happen some people might still get selected for interview with out application status changing, who knows

But if your status hasn’t changed then you know what it most likely means

Yes if the recruiter flags that you should be shortlisted the date will change and status will move to in progress. The date is the day the recruiter flagged it

Okay so basically if the recruiter checks a person’s application and doesn’t flag the person’s application as being shortlisted, the date will remain the sam

Anyone here who applied and did the Pymetrics test for BAT graduate operations ?
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Exxonmobil Graduate Engineer Trainee by fisimaster: 9:30pm On Apr 12
ExpertNLer:
Has yours changed to in progress? If it hasn't changed to in progress then it can't be updated unless you're the one updating your docs

He wants to know if the date changes when the recruiter checks if you’re eligible to be shortlisted. That’s his question I think
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Exxonmobil Graduate Engineer Trainee by fisimaster: 9:27pm On Apr 12
LazerFocus:
Everyone should keep calm. The selection process may or may not be over. No one here truly knows. But as long as your status still shows “Application Under Review”, you may still be shortlisted.
At the very least, in the previous thread, some people didn’t see their status change when others did, but they eventually got the invitation for interview.

Don’t hold out hope for this sha. Involve yourself in other activities, apply to other jobs if you will.

Good reply with a lovely conclusion

Unrelated but did anyone here apply for the BAT Operations graduate stuff this year?
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Exxonmobil Graduate Engineer Trainee by fisimaster: 12:21pm On Apr 09
LazerFocus:

You applied for GT and you also stated that those who are still seeing "under review" should move on because they will not see any change in their status henceforth.
So has your GT application changed to "Application in progress"?

Good question
