Kimberly Anyadike is a record breaking 16 year old. She has a record breaking sister, Kelly Anyadike who is 17 years old and broke a record for being the youngest Nigerian American girl to fly four vehicles in one day.

Kimberly Anyadike (born c. 1994) is known as the first Nigerian American teen to fly across the United States. Her Dad is an Igbo from Nigeria, and Anyadike means (Eye of a Warrior)[1] in the Igbo language.

She flew from Compton, California to Newport News, Virginia in 2009. It took her 13 days to complete the flight of over 7,000 miles. The plane used was a Cessna C-172. She was accompanied by safety pilot Ronnell Norman, a certified commercial pilot and Major Levi H. Thornhill, a retired U.S. Air Force pilot who at age 87, is a member of the elite Tuskegee Airmen who served during World War II.

Anyadike is from Compton, California. She paid for her flight lessons by working many odd jobs around the Compton Airport.

Gov Willie Obiano today commissioned computer-based vehicle inspection center in Awka to replace the old ways of checking vehicles for road worthiness, according to gov Obiano, the state government is committed to ensuring rickety vehicles are easily detected and ordered off the roads, the vehicle inspection center will ensure that vehicle inspection will no longer be done manually, before any vehicle in Anambra state is issued certificate of road worthiness, it vehicle must have undergone the computer-based testing,this effort will go a long way in minimising accidents on our roads, the center has the facilities for checking headlamps, brakes and other parts of vehicles, and it being constructed also in other cities Onitsha and Nnewi.
