Lagos has done well without Federal Allocation for Lagos States. Federal Government have presence and bank deposit in every states. It does not count towards the wealth of that state. It is used for Federal projects and staff from all over Nigeria. Internal generated revenue does count as a measure of state wealth.

It's like the richest oil producing states claiming they generate more internal revenue than Ogun states because of Federal allocation in banks. Common now who is fooling who?
