Since I started these tasks, Harbour industrial layout is the area that shooked me, I'm still short of words till this moment I never anticipated I will see site like that in Anambra, I have spent years in Lagos before I relocated late last year ever since then I've been trying my best to explore Anambra state, I will repeat again Anambra is lacking behind in media coverage, I believe what gave Lag edge to Anambra are Federal infrastructures, Sea port, international airport, and administrative head offices, Harbour is just one out of many industrial area in Anambra, they are other areas like Ogbunike/Ogidi, Obosi/Nkpor, Nnewi, Agu Awka, Ozubulu also trying to join, I explored Harbour I was very impressed, good road network and power station and trucks garage, Harbour industrial Layout Onitsha is just industries and companies residential areas (RA), They are more than 150 industries both large and medium in Harbour area and Ogbaru LGA, I took lots of pictures, i couldn't cover all, some areas their security men didn't allow me.

Development in Anambra is evenly spread. I reside in Onitsha, recently i wanted to acquire a property in Onitsha suburb. A friend took me to 3-3/Nsugbe area but all the plots of land there are bought up and the few available ones are way too expensive for my budget. Suburbs like Obosi/Ogidi/Nkwelle/Iyiowa/Nkpor/Oba are all bought up too. Luckily i managed to acquire a plot at Oba for almost 2.5M. The area is fast developing with duplexes springing up every second. Houses there are mostly residential. Anambra will be mega-city (like Lagos) in less than 10 years time as all our 3 major cities (Onitsha, Nnewi and Awka) will merge together. Here are a few pictures i took at my Oba site (though the picture quality ain't so great).

Anambra is fast developing Nkwelle is another area that surprised me, not just residential buildings, industries are springing up also, I never knew coca cola company was in Anambra untill I visited Agu Awka last month, even life brewery is situated at the back of premier brewery Onitsha, I went to Harbour industrial layout I was short of words, Anambra is lacking behind in media coverage, state government should lunch ABS on DSTV just like what Lag did with their state station. I'll still post the pics later

I'll post pics of Harbour industrial layout later, Harbour host more than 150 Industrials both large and medium industries with good roads network and power station, Onitsha and environ has three industrial areas: Harbour, Obosi/Nkpor, Ogidi/Ogbunike, Nnewi is another town striving to surpass Onitsha.
