[s] ECOTERRORS:[/s] Perharps you forgot your sense of feelings |
I believe that the clamour for offices is simply a power game by the elite, which has only a symbolic or emotional significance to the masses. Yes, for some reasons, people like to see someone that shares their interests or attributes in government—it has a feel good factor. But if occupation of such office has any personal benefits, it is largely to the occupant of the office and his friends and family. Our recent history has shown that it hardly matters where the occupant of a particular position comes from. I am not sure how the welfare of Ota/Ogun people changed because Obasanjo was president of Nigeria, or how the man in the street of Katsina or Otuoke/Bayelsa prospered more than others simply because their son became president-CC Soludo |
abagoro:You learnt from where? You are not in position to advice Anambra state government, I know your game if only the fool you are inviting will take precaution. |
chinology:You and the person you are quoting are the worst crazy men I hv met online, Don't drag Anambra to your madness,to be frank your patriotism brings shame to us, Igbos are one, you guys doltishness can't change that. I don't know who pays you guys for your dirt job to bring disunity among Igbo states seriously. |
abagoro:I'm not in you guys league of stupidity, jealous of who? What's his achievement? I will be the last person to attack Imo state or other Igbo states, my beautiful wife is from Imo state and my kids shares Imo and Anambra blood, it will be stupid of me to envy any Igbo states, so find your league mate I'm not in contest with your ............. |
chinology:I don't know what you gain with your silly attitude, why responding to that good for nothing fool call abagoro who drive joy in hating Anambarians, Anambra is dime too big for him and his likes, he can only rant online, Anambra started leading the light before Nigeria's independent and can't end in 2015, Obasonjo was Nigeria presindent for 8yrs his state is not better than Anambra, Jonathan was Nigeria president for yrs his state is not better than Anambra, so with other leaders, showing Okorocha shaking hands with US president and delegate doesn't change plights of Imolites, I saw one of his useless threads attacking Anambra and Mbaise people, to me it's height of stupidity, why so much hate because of politics? Best is to ignore him, Anambrians are not in local league with any body, we are "light of the nation" you can channel your grivenaces to your governor, Rochas and his propaganda machines should focus on developing Imo state, the last time I went to Imo so many projects he started are seeking for his attention, Anambra and his people are too big for him, the situation he find himself is just temporal, he should use the little time to deliver dividend of democracy to Imolite. Chino repect yourself and learn how to ignore the fool, pls pls stop posting rubbish here. Peace! |

AnamCity:Women development center not UNIZIK stadium, Obi's administration didn't complete the amphi, Gov Obiano have resumed work on it though. |
We’ll welcome Obi back to APGA -Obiano Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State at the weekend said the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) will welcome former Governor Peter Obi if he decides to come back to the party. Obiano, who attributed his emergence as governor to the efforts of the former governor and immediate past National Chairman of the party, Sir Victor Umeh, said the party was reaching out to old friends in an effort to make it stronger. The governor spoke at a thanksgiving service held to mark the successful end of Umeh’s tenure as national chairman of APGA at St. Patrick’s Catholic, Aguluezeigbo, Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra State. “We are on the right course; APGA is a moving train and no stopping us until we get to our destination. That destination is that as a people we have a platform; we must unite under APGA and build our party from the South East and position ourselves properly in the politics of Nigeria. “As a party we are working hard to bring back our old friends to the party. Even former governor, Peter Obi, if he comes back, we’ll accept him.” “Obi and Umeh brought me into politics and it was through their efforts that I became governor. And we are saying it must be forward ever; we had a very successful convention and we will continue to grow from strength to strength,” he said. In his speech, Umeh said he was grateful to God for granting him the wisdom to successively complete his tenure as national chairman of APGA, recalling the several litigation he had to pass through over the years and praised his legal team led by Pat Ikweto (SAN) for its efforts in winning all the cases. Umeh regreted that the party lost some prominent members like former Governor Peter Obi and Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State, but noted that APGA made some inroads into other states outside the South East where it won some seats in the National and state assemblies. http://sunnewsonline.com/new/well-welcome-obi-back-to-apga-obiano/ |
