You can do your own research further but normally, you are supposed to provide proof of fund for your dependents and also school fee for one year for your child(ren). So yes, I think it should be in your husband's account already.
You can google the amount you're supposed to have for your dependents online.

My dad is my sponsor with the proof of funds already in his account(school fee & expenses) What's not clear now is whether there will be a separate proof of funds in my husband's account for himself and our kids.
