If the timeline is strictly followed, applications that were successful at the reading committee stage by now are passed to local embassy to shortlist for interviews

That means you didn't submit your application and your application was not reviewed, and I doubt if you will be shortlisted for the test. Anyway, use you PIN and Serial number to check if you re shortlisted.

What if u were not shortlisted but u met all the necessary qualifications, is there any harm in going to the exam venue on the exam day? May be one can get lucky. Don't waste your resources going to the aptitude test centre because you won't be allowed into the examination hall if you name is not on the shortlist. However, you can still make the final list without facing these (aptitude test and interview) mere formalities if you have a strong connection.

You av to register ur ATM Card for safetoken service to enable u get ur OTP nd complete d transaction. To register for the service, follow the prompt:

Step1: Go to the nearest ATM, and insert your ATM card

Step2: Input your 4-digit PIN and press
Enter

Step3: Select your bank account type eg
Savings or Current

Step4: Select the ‘Quickteller’ option
from the ATM menu screen

Step5: Select ‘Pay Bills’ from the Quickteller menu list on the ATM
screen

Step6: Select ‘Others’ for the bill payment menu option list

Step7: Enter ‘322222”as the Biller Code, and click proceed

Step8: Enter your Phone Numberas the
Customer Reference Number and
select ‘Proceed’

You will get a display “Do you want to make this payment?” Amount Due:N1
(DO NOT edit the amount to be paid)

Step9: Click on “Pay amount due”
