To reply you on the age limit, please, kindly peruse the information page of the website (joinnigeriannavy.com). it states that '' applicants must be between the age of 22 & 28 by 31st december, 2013; which means that from now to 31st december, the list might be release. On the other hand, if it is released next year those above the age limit then are still eligible because they met the age requirement at the time of thier application.

Thee venue is now free to accommodate us, which should be the cause of the list delay. Hopefully, it will be out this week.
flamesjay: Batch 22 trainees of the Nigerian
Navy Basic Training School have
successfully passed out on
Thursday 14 November 2013 at a
colourful parade held at the
school’s parade ground Onne,
near Port Harcourt.
Speaking at the occasion, the
Reviewing Officer and Chief of
the Naval Staff, Vice Admiral DJ
Ezeoba expressed delight that
the trainees have undergone 9
months of rigorous, physical and
naval professional training. This
has undoubtedly prepared them
torwards the attainment of his
vision for the Nigerian Navy
which is “To emplace a robust
and combat ready Navy that is
capable of effectively combating
security challenges in Nigeria’s
maritime domain including the
gulf of guinea for Nigeria’s
economic prosperity and
national development”.
He expressed satisfaction with
the very high standard of drill
skills exhibited by the trainees
particularly the silent drill and
unarmed combat
demonstrations, which he
attributed to the high level of
professional training they
received at the school. The Chief
of the Naval Staff then
admonished the graduating
trainees to maintain very high
standard of discipline and urged
them that prompt obedience of
superior orders must be their
watchword. “You must imbibe
total commitment to duty and
unalloyed loyalty to the Nigerian
Navy and the President and
Commander – in – Chief of the
Armed Forces of the Federal
Republic of Nigeria….. Your
overall conduct in the larger
society must be exemplary and
worthy of emulation,” he
remarked.
Batch 22 Trainees underwent an
initial 4 months training at the
Nigerian Army Depot Zaria in
consonance with the CNS
directive for more robust
training in view of the daunting
internal security challenges
facing the country. On
completion of their training in
Zaria, they returned to Nigerian
Navy Basic Training School
(NNBTS) Onne for further
training. With the successful
completion of the training, these
virile and capable ratings are
now ready for deployment to
various ships and establishments
in the Nigerian Navy.
Highlight of the Passing Out
Parade was the presentation of
awards to trainees who excelled
in various disciplines by the
Reviewing Officer. These
included Trainee Joshua Timothy
who won Commandant’s award
for best behaved trainee, Trainee
Owonam Peace Sunday (FOC
NAVTRAC’s award for best female
trainee in obstacle crossing),
Trainee Isaac Willians (FOC
NAVTRAC’s award for best male
trainee in obstacle crossing and
Trainee Onah Martina Margret
(CTOPS’ award for best female
trainee in marksmanship).
Other award winners were
Trainee Vincent Cletus (CTOPS’
award for best male trainee in
marksmanship), Trainee Rejoice
Bitrus (CNS award for best female
trainee swimmer) and Trainee
Otoworo Ebisuobo Amatoruye
(CNS award for best male trainee
swimmer). Trainee Iriojiogu John
Rennedy won the CNS award for
emerging as the best overall
trainee.

kayles: I have a theory guys, the nn is waiting for both d army n airforce to come out wt their list so dat they dont repeat same names, if i'm gonna top it i'll just say my oga at d top told me so. Now the whole forum gets excited, curious n anxious, sm1 wld be askn how reliable my info is like its gonna change or put his/her name on d list. Well i've got no "OAT" and i'm just relying on my maker to do wats best for me cos i av faith in him and any1 cld just gab on d issue like its some kinda sport so dont be so enthusiastic abt wat u've hrd here or maybe smwhr else.
your theory has no base in explaining the delay of the list. it's pseudo-theory.what has NN got to do with repeatition of names, once you passed the test, your name will be there irrespective of it appearing in other arm of the military; inwhich selection to attend will be left for such applicant to make a choice. someone's name appeared in army and airforce, so, he has to make a choice on which one to attend.

kwajay1: Good day prospective officers. This is an information going out to you all. If u like believe and if u like don't. Your list will comeout this Thursday or Friday, the delay has been due to lack of location for prospective candidate. The navy sec sch borikiri is still in session but For now, the present nnbts trainee will be thru with their training this thirsday @ Onne and the venue will.be free for you guyz to come in and have your interview process. I wish us all the very best. I strongly doubt if the names appear on news paper, though anything can happen. They may use the news paper also but previous list has been online.
your contribution seem to be a genuine reason for the list delay. lets keep waiting till friday
