Investment / Re: Does UBA Naira Africard Receive Funds On Paypal? by Flashxy: 8:44pm On May 31, 2021
Kpokrikpo:
Did u verify the card after linking to your PayPal? If yes, I don't know what else might be the problem, chat customer care and try getting the dollar card for better rates

Yes, sure I verified the card (by entering in the code they sent after deducting a small amount). I'm still waiting for customer care to reply. I just hope they reply though, as I've read (through some comments online) that they rarely do.
Investment / Does UBA Naira Africard Receive Funds On Paypal? by Flashxy: 6:22pm On May 31, 2021
I learnt that UBA Africards can send and receive payments on PayPal, so I went and got a Naira Africard because I believed they can do basically the same thing. Now when I want to withdraw from PayPal I get the message: "Sorry, something's not right. Please try again later". Someone suggested that it might be because I am using the Naira Africard, but I need to be sure please. Any help is appreciated.
Webmasters / What Wifi Service Provider Networks Are Common In Imo State, Owerri? by Flashxy: 6:46pm On Sep 17, 2020
Please does someone know what wifi internet service provider network coverages are available in Owerri (Imo State)? I intend getting a starnet wifi router, but it would be of no use if the service isn't available here. I've also been hearing of others like Spectranet and Smile, but have no idea if their service coverage is available in my area like it is in hot places like Lagos. I would gladly appreciate if anyone knows what wifi networks have a large coverage in owerri. Thanks.
Programming / Re: Are Nigerian Developers Crippled From Selling Apps Online? by Flashxy: 1:25pm On Nov 11, 2015
Okay and so I did further research and found this: https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/2700656?hl=en
It therefore appears that domiciliary accounts are not needed.
Programming / Re: The Kind Of Naija Bank Account Used To Receive Pays From Google Play Store by Flashxy: 1:20pm On Nov 11, 2015
Regarding this issue I found that Nigeria is one of the countries in which google developers can receive pay from Google through wire transfer. Here are the details if you need to see for yourself: https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/2700656?hl=en
In otherwords a domiciliary account is not needed.
Programming / Are Nigerian Developers Crippled From Selling Apps Online? by Flashxy: 8:32pm On Nov 10, 2015
I came across this page http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/08/war-against-money-laundering-banks-pdp-kick-against-cbns-policy/ where I was shocked to see that there are new movements in Nigeria to curtail money exchange frauds, and as such domiciliary accounts in Nigeria are prevented from receiving foreign cash. My question is: What do Nigerian Google play developers who also sell their apps on Google playstore do in this situation? Is there some alternative to this? Please I would like to know if anyone has a solution.
Programming / Re: Need Help Registering For A Google Play Developer Account. by Flashxy: 6:10pm On May 20, 2015
Yes I know but to pay the fee is the problem I am talking about. My Visa card (Fidelity Bank) keeps getting declined by google. I'm wondering if anyone knows a solution to this.
Programming / Need Help Registering For A Google Play Developer Account. by Flashxy: 4:00pm On May 20, 2015
I have been trying for some days now to obtain a developer account on google play and I used my visa card to attempt paying the 25 dollars required. But i keep getting a message saying my payment was declined. I have tried updating my billing address which they required, but to no avail. Please has anyone done it successfully before? I need directions. Thanks.
Religion / Re: Did Jesus And The Apostles Paid Tithe? by Flashxy: 5:19pm On Sep 03, 2013
I'll try as much as possible to put a satisfactory end to this post, though i know it's a very old one. First, here is the ORIGIN of tithe itself (Deutronomy 14:22-28). I know anyone who is against tithing would like it. But here is the most commonly quoted verse on tithing: (malachi 3:6-12), which is fully understood by reading the first verse. And lastly, in order to prove that God demands giving not just as an obligation but as a command (though not mentioned as one-tenth, but still a COMMAND from Christ himself to give), read 1 corinthians 9:13 & 14. But i prefer you start from verse 1. It'll be fully understood. Let us stop arguing with mere words of men's reasoning, because there are no limits to that. The scripture is here for us as a standard for everything we want to know.
