There are times I wish to move on. Times I wish to tweet about many other things I’m passionate about.

But each time I wish to move on from this Yoruba-Igbo bigotry of a thing, something comes up again.. just seems like it never ends.

Each day is a reminder of the history of WICKEDNESS that the Nigerian state has meted out to the Igbos.

1. Committed nationwide pogroms against them in the 60s because of a failed coup.

2. Waged war against them when they tried to leave a union that was killing them - using starvation & blockade to kill off their women & children during this war.

3. Took their land, cut off the oil-rich parts & joined it to a region called “south south” which contains other ethnicities whom Nigeria refers to as “minorities”. Then called the surrounded land “south east” - which makes no geographical sense by the way.

4. Began to marginalise this so called South East. Denying them funding, federal projects, swearing that no one from that region can ever “rule” Nigeria.

5. Launched a nationwide gaslighting campaign against them following the 2023 elections, cooking up lies & propaganda, twisting history, wishing them death & destruction of their business, mocking the Igbo children who starved during war, telling them to leave Lagos etc..

6. The most recent height of it was going to other African countries e.g SA, to tell lies & incite hatred against Igbos in order to put a target on their backs for genocide.

7. Suddenly, one Canada-based Igbo woman reacts & all the Yoruba controlled media houses amplify it to make Igbos look like the aggressors. National assembly writes petition etc.

The reality is this, people who pride themselves as “intellectuals” may laugh when someone brings up the spiritual, but there are KARMIC CONSEQUENCES to these things...

A lot of Nigerians do not know that a large part of the wealth of this entire country comes majorly from that region - oil, GAS & coal. They are being marginalised internationally for the purpose of exploitation of their lands. Literally half of the so called Niger-Delta is Igboland, annexed into the SS by Gowon.

It’s no coincidence that Nigeria has gone from bad to worse over the years.
..and this country will continue on a steady trajectory of decline as long as injustice & wickedness persists.
It surely will.

I’ve seen countless threads about pornography and masturbation. With none offering solutions and i felt bad.

Ofcourse people perish due to lack of information.
I felt bad because I have solved mine and helped some people to solve theres, some getting full recovery and some partial, but none remained the same.

I am not here to argue whether pornography and masturbation is healthy, not healthy, a sin, evil, good or bad. But to render help.
My only question is, will you like your children to indulge in it ? Or if you are to go back in time with the knowledge you have now, will you try pornography again ?
Yall know the answer.

The main enemy in this addiction/ habit is pornography.

Firstly let me list some methods that dose not work ;
1. Praying for it to end.
2. Reading about the harmful effects. And others.

Methods that work
If you want to quit porn, masturbation to orgasm, the first step;
you have to think it through, ask yourself questions whether you enjoy it or not, write down the things you feel you enjoy about it and the things you don’t like about it in a book.
Then make a choice , whether you want to quit or not.
If you still want to continue it, just continue, if you want to reduce it, or If you want to quit totally , then believe it and stay determined.
Choose any method here. I listed them from the least to most efficient method.

I will start from the lowest % of my clients that recovered.
1. No fab : this method involves hating porn and hating yourself when you mistakenly watch porn, masturbate to orgasm (PMO).
This method have worked for some number of persons but it’s not efficient. It’s like carrying a stone up a hill and when you get tired and the stone rolls back to the floor of the hill, you feel terrible, guilt and self hate.
If you want to use this method, you first have to read some harmful effects of PMO (“Your brain on Porn” is a popular read), find a “NOFAB” community online, it’s everywhere , be an active member, develop some habits (like working out and cold showers) to counter the PMO addictions then lastly have a counter or reading app to count the number of days you are free.
Habits that works in Nofab are; Exercise, reading religious books, meditation and regular going out/ being with friends.
With this method, you will feel great and will reduce PMO.


2. Traditional method : This method worked for some people. I call it traditional method because it involves traditional techniques which is getting married or getting a girlfriend that likes sex and staying busy.
Logically when you have a partner with constant sex while busy with work or life, the urge to PMO will reduce.
This method is meant to work efficiently 100% but it does not because the dopamine one gets from sex is different from the one gotten from PMO.
So you can try this method out. It have worked for some I know and coached.
Problem here is that most people that PMO have low confidence, high expectations from partners body attributes (which is caused by masturbating to porn of very beautiful or curvy girls and imagining things unimaginable) making average girls unattractive to you.
For this method, I will advise you to lower your standard on girls and ask multiple girls out both the ones below your league. Remember the aim is to end this havoc called PMO.

3. Books method : This is the last method I’ve used. As a reader, I believe any problem you have now, someone have encountered it before, some won and some lost. A book about your problem is somewhere waiting for you to read.
This method involves reading some recommended books which have worked 80- 90% of time.
They’re numerous books but I can vouch for two. The first book is “EasyPeasy “ method for PMO, it’s written by hack authors. This book is great, difficult to read but once you finish it, you will be free.
The second book is Freedom Model for Addictions by Steven stale and some others. A great book.
I will recommend reading both if you truly want to be free from PMO for life.

The reason why porn and masturbation to orgasm is hard to stop is because it’s like alcohol to alcoholics, An alcoholics will drink when he is happy and crave for alcohol when he is sad or depressed. Just like a woman will crave for sex when she is high in spirit and when she is down and a smoker will smoke when he is sad and thinking about his life and also light a blunt when life is smooth and he is feeling good.
That’s PMO for you.

Any of these 3 methods is highly effective to quitting PMO with some being easier than the other, I won’t say better. Depends on the kind of person you are.
Some of this method can help you to stop some other habits too.


Now you have the knowledge to quit, but It’s not the knowledge that matters , it’s the decision to stop and the application of the knowledge.
