Lunch: Ekuru + boiled turkey wings.

Ekuru is a meal I enjoyed eating a lot while growing up. Ekuru is also called "ofu-loju" by some people. I dont know if none Yorubas know much about this delicacy ( In fact I don't know if it has an English name)

Ekuru is made from beans just like moin moin; the beans is peeled the same way u peel Ur beans for moin moin. However, the beans used for ekuru is blended plain white without adding seasoning, pepper, fish or salt....The blended beans is either tied nylon, kept in cups/small containers or wrapped in leaf the same way u would moin-moin. It is then cooked on high heat just like moin moin.

Once the ekuru is done u will need to prepare a badass peppered stew with enough locust beans, ponmo and if u like dried fish.

The ekuru will then be served with the spicy stew and a sprinkle of salt is added to the ekuru after which u will mash it with Ur hands to mix the stew to every nook and cranny of the mashed ekuru.

I actually prefer this ekuru to moin moin any day any time. It tastes so good.

Growing up we usually take it with ẹ̀kọ́ (solid pap) but I had this with Sweetened yoghurt.

NB: The stew is best enjoyed with ekuru if it is made with palm oil

I really don't know how we can survive this cos everybody is going about their normal business like nothing is happening. Then there's the govt not putting plans for example in other countries distilleries are making sanitiziers now, automakers are planning to make more ventilators. Intact people are posting prototypes of ventilators online that can be 3D printed, our government is confused.

It's already late in my opinion. I'm surprised many Nigerians are still not taking any preventive measures or precautions in public places.

China lied about their numbers, gave false report that the virus was of small concern to other countries and then took over 3 months to respond to it when over 5 million people had left the epicenter. Just look at the numbers from China no exponential increase like in other countries. Italy followed everything from the report and see how it is now I just hope Nigeria takes more measures, total lockdown, track those people who have been exposed and isolate them cos I think we're in for something really serious

lol, what you see here is because I don't download anything again. Few months back when I still had my gaming laptop, I'll use 1TB in a month. I download games and delete immediately if I don't like. A game can take 80gb and I'll download it in 2hrs, and when I figure that I don't like it, I'll just delete it.

Unlimited internet exists in Nigeria, you just don't know where to look.

The night I download avengers Endgame of 921mb with night plan the four times wasn't enough which is theoretically 1Gb, I had to complete the remaining 50Mb with my Glo data. That was one of the highest they have cheated me in night plan.

When Night plan was 500Mb for #25 it was fairer, I usually use up to 490Mb

I thought I was the only one. I use glasswire to monitor my data usage and airtel is the worst of all networks try download a file of 400MB and they'll remove something close to 500MB or more

You are right about Airtel short-changing people of data.

First of all Night plan. I have tested it so many ways as much as using another network to pick up download link and keep it in my downloader mostly ADM Pro the maximum Airtel allows is 235mb out of 250mb.

Second, normal data I downloaded a file of 200mb and I restricted background process check my data before I started when I was done Airtel deducted almost 300mb from my available balance.

Third Airtel binge plan. The day I upgraded my phone to android pie, I did Airtel binge plan of 2Gb and the upgrade was supposed to be 1.6Gb and after the upgrade I was left with less than 100mb.

Moving on, MTN had been honest with data deductions but of recent they have been overzealous with it. If not for poor network in most places, Glo have been quite fair though I have noticed some abnormalities atimes when I do their weekend plan.

Some devices use power delivery (pd) instead of quick charge
