@Yak....sorry for the late response. .the estimate is for 2 flats, the 20 pieces of approval I guess I do not know that is either as I am not physically around to see what's going on there.
Infact the project is now at lintel level.
All I see is pictures that were been sent to meveryone day by day as work goes on.
I just need the house to advice on roofing this project
Like cost of wood , types of wood good for roofing and aluminum step tiles for roofing.

Am about to start a project of twins 3 bedroom at ibadan and I need your professional advice on how to go about it and what its required at each stage of the construction . I need to know if German floor is needed or not as its just a bungalow.
