Job Title:Supply Chain Graduate Trainee

Impacted sites/locations: Five Major Sites: 2 Factories, 2 DCs and Head Office

Position Summary

Requirements
• Minimum Educational qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma
• Minimum Relevant work experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience.

What Will Make You Successful?
• Not more than 2 years’ of post-qualification working experience in any of the following areas- Sales, Customer Service, Supply Planning, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or Business related degree (minimum Second class Upper/ Upper Credit)
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Possess and display values such as integrity, transparency, accountability and respect.
• Innovative, customer driven and seek continuous improvement.
• Must be mobile and willing to represent the organization as required.
• Meticulous and analytical approach to data
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly assertive, courageous, persistent and goal oriented.

No HND candidate has done interview let alone receiving offer. Those successful ones from GD where told that their Application is under processing and that is why their status is showing awaiting Interview. So we are still very much hoping they contact us soonest. Though many of us have received offer from other companies. No time to wait. Dangote attended to Bsc 2.1. That's the reason we haven't been contacted. Though we will be contacted soonest.

We were in the same recruitment exercise but he is in first batch and I am in the other batch to be attended to. Pls all wat he has said is true. From my very first post i replied a guy that the race was never a thing of competition but of self confidence, faith and believe...
This i have practiced all through the stages of the recruitment process .

For those still in stages of the recruitment (GD to Medicals), keep the faith alive. The process can be described as a boring, unpredictable, frustrating and complicated task .but always see things from the positive side. Trust me, provided you have not gotten a regret mail after GD, you are still very much in the race (the flip side is that you may be posted to a diff department) except things changes in the future ....

Some that we did medicals together some weeks back were peeps from early 2017. So the idea is to get busy, stay prayerful and believe if not Dangote refinery, then it must be somewhere far better. We always deserve the best.
