victoryenergy: Akpabio is no 1 in South South. you don't need to like his face before alluding to that fact, his legacies in the area of governance for the people of akwa ibom and Nigeria at at large is still highly effective till today. you can't say the same for Donald Duke. most of his vital legacies in governance are no more standing as at today. Kiss the truth 💋. I didn't want to engage the guy because it might lead to an unnecessary argument. What Akpabio did in Akwa Ibom state, I doubt if any governor has ever achieved that scale of infrastructural development in the entire country. I doubt! |

eepeepook: Naija men don’t like taking care of themselves. This man used to be the heartthrob of every Gen X and Boomer female. See him today looking average due to lack of thorough grooming.
The daughter has a strong face. It happens with females who have handsome fathers. Masculine features don’t go well on women. Abeg, another pastor wedding. I can imagine how boring the union becomes because the man focuses more on God (and knacking his sheep) than learning ways to pleasure his wife. I don’t envy any of the parties. That man is an ex-Governor. Do you know the amount of pressure associated with politics? And he is around 64 years old now. I wonder what thorough grooming means.. Perhaps you should show us. |

adicius: North and south Nigeria can no longer live in harmony and it's clear to see. It's time we all have a referendum to split Nigeria into 5 or 6 countries. We would agree to share the oil revenue for the next 15 years as we have been together for 60 plus years. The 15 years will allow the individual countries to build the necessary infrastructure etc, it needs to survive. Also the south south will get the lion share of the oil revenue, but after the 15 years elapse, no more oil sharing . Each country should finally now rely on their national resources and human capital etc. This will foster competition and development and it's the way to go as no one will feel left out or marginalised. God bless
. Share pool revenue for the next 15 years. Where this this ever happened before? |

Anyway we are Nigerians, nothing pleases us, you do they blame you, you do not do, they blame you. This is more or less the reason some Nigerian have said they will just live their lives and mind their business, they have money, they spend it on their family, chop the money and shit it out, not the one you will Eg give cash to someone in need tomorrow the person turns around to have bad belle for you saying when he was broke he sought you assistance, but you have him the money with left hand. Incognito403: Thunder faya premium. The real premium is greenery. People just like these paved grounds because they require little or no maintenance and we have poor maintenance culture.
But it's bad for the environment and goes against responsible development. Later people will be wondering why there's so much flooding in our urban areas especially Lagos. Preferences and opinions are not up for debates! Maybe you should jilt emotions and carryout an intensive research on the subject. Someone already mentioned that interlocks are designed to allow the penetration of water. |

Chief,
This isn't a growing trend, the insides of compounds/estates, especially in urban centers have always been covered either with cement or interlock.
Furthermore, I understand your concern, and that is technically beyond the scope of operations of an ordinary Nigerian.
But then, in my opinion, this style gives the compound a premium look. |
