I'm looking for a big hotel around kaduna town for N5k per day.
I've seen a few but they're mostly bungalow guest houses with a few rooms.
It has no privacy and looks like you're living in a family house.
I'm looking for a big hotel, if possible, a multiple storey building with many rooms.
Please recommend one and I'll send you N1k airtime.
Thanks. |

iyke4dbi: You have to increase your budget, before you buy something that will keep you in mechanic workshop everytime. I understand, but I'm looking for a small car like the size of a Peugeot 206/307. I can stretch to N1.2m if I have to. |
Autos › Someone Please Recommend A Cheap Car Stand For Me In Abuja Or Kaduna. by Flipmac(op): 8:37am On Jul 25, 2023 |
Hello guys, I want to buy a small car with a budget of N1m and I can't find anything good on jiji.
However, I have noticed that most sellers on jiji are car agents who go to take pictures of cars on some car stands thereby hiking the prices.
Please I'll like anyone to recommend a car stand in Abuja or Kaduna with low car prices so I can buy directly from the dealer.
I'll appreciate your responses so so much. Thank you. |

staga: Stay back in Nigeria. The crypto world will exist and will keep facing bear and bull cycles, just like any other financial market. I will advise you set up some kind of vocational school, like teaching people how to do industrial welding. When that business is well settled, you can be travelling and coming back at will. Even me who has tasted both worlds and currently outside, am returning this year now that Bubu's government is done with.
There is money in vocational education in Nigeria. I have clients that come from even other African countries. I am talking from experience. If you look beyond all the political razzmatazz, there are already two government decisions that will become game changers in Nigeria's economy down the road.
a) Removal of fuel subsidy b) The new electricity act that will now allow states to transmit their own generated power, which has been the impediment to improved power supply in Nigeria.
You can also see that the new finance act makes allowance for 10% tax on crypto transactions, which means that the Emefiele-era policy of banning such transactions from banks will soon be swept away with the man. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
Consider what I have said carefully and seek God in prayers. One of the 2 best responses to this post. |

chimpad: You're rich and are better off in Nigeria. The abroad is a mad system. You make money, but the system is designed to take almost everything. For instance you said it's bliss to make money in dollars. It's not the same feeling for someone resident abroad. In the US, the Govt takes up to 40% of your crypto earnings. You have to declare that on your 1099. I guess in Nigeria you probably got away with no taxes asides the one you paid during the transactions. Taxes, taxes you will share all your earnings with the govt, pay high bills and insurance! There isn't anything superb about being abroad if you are making good money in Nigeria. Sadly, most people fail to listen until they travel and experience it. Anyone who has lived abroad would not argue this. |

Kelvin30286063: Thousands of people from other regions live in Ondo state and they get by just fine without any knowledge of Yoruba. There's a university of education in the town and people come from as far as North to school there. As long as you you can speak English or pidgin. You'll be fine. As for your other questions in the second quote. Most houses have boreholes provided by the land lords. Christland is not an estate. It's an area (connected streets). Getting a good house depends on what time of the year you search and how connected you are to the people cos a lot of modern homes have available houses but they won't put any notice outside. If you're serious, I can help you make some calls but that's if you're serious. Hi Kelvin, thanks for the reply. Good to know that language is not a big factor. Yes I'm serious and looking to move down this weekend. Please help me make some calls and let me know if there's anything available at the moment and the cost as well. I have a slim budget of 90k max. I'll be waiting to hear from you. Thanks. |

Kelvin30286063: Electricity is still very much constant in Christland and its environs. As of now, a self con will be around 75k to 80k. The 3 bedroom flat I lived in before I moved to my own house last year was 175k. Ok, thanks for the info. One more question: can I get by without any knowledge of Yoruba language? I know nothing in Yoruba lol |

Kelvin30286063: Move to Christland, Ayeyemi, Yaba area Ondo, Ondo state. Thank me later. 22 hours of electricity and my house rent is 170 for my 3 bedroom duplex. One room or self cont goes for 45k. There is even power now. Hi Kelvin, is the electricity still constant in Christland? And what's the current average price of self con apartments in the area? |

starpower: Gtb is $20 maximum. Better to use Barter by flutterwave but you are buying at blackmarket rate. It reliable Yes, I got to find out today. $20 is too poor. I've registered on Barter by flutterwave and I'm awaiting their verification (they said it could take up to 24 hours). Thanks for the suggestion. Please do you know any Nigerian bank with a purchase limit of up to $50? |

Seniorwriter: Use Ecobank or GTB.... Or you can get through with a third party checkout payment process.
@Seniorwriter I'll go for Gtbank since I already have an account with them. Thanks |
