Are you kidding me? Tell me it's a joke please, why will they do that, that's not fair na... How do they want people who are currently not in Lagos to get there at that time. Now I'm confused too, cos I'm not anywhere close to Lagos now, I haven't received an invite though.

Please where did you write plus was yours just 3 stages or there was a fourth stage like it was for some people.

I feel except one really makes a huge blunder....if not, someone said it's more of a formality

You are clearly not getting the message I was trying to put across. On thr Ab inbev website it says you will get a response latest by 1 month after your gamified assessment. Those that were successful in the gamified assessment have already received the link for psychometric and after psychometric you get a call from them. I have done this already.

I'm talking about those that haven't heard back from them over one month after the gamified assessment. My friend received an email exactly one month after she attempted the gamified assessment that she'll receive feedback soon. She said she's sure she didn't do well in the test. That's why I said I think its a waitlist... if they need more candidates they will invite more people for the psychometric assessment.

So you really think only those that have received the link for the second test were successful while others who haven't were not simply because your friend didn't do well??

The job application have not even been closed yet. If you were successful, good for you and congrats.

PS: AB inbev's recruitment process is very scattered in case you don't know. Bye!

Yes, we were asked to fill the form here in Abuja...it was the last and final test... But I don't think it is a big deal tho Cus a girl was asked to fill hers again after the first one didn't go thru...it was more like a formality thing to me and there are no right or wrong answers...you shouldn't be bothered about that, just go and prepare for the panel interview

The fourth stage is when u get to fill out the PDA form... A personality profile Form with options like: are u intelligent, sociable, team player and the likes
It is not really a test per say, more like a profile form

Please were you asked to fill the form?
Because we weren't asked to in our centre, Lagos to be precise

There's no fourth stage!
Those who wrote the fourth test definitely went against the instructions.....except some centres had a fourth stage.

if you can lay your hands on GMAT, then you should go through some of the questions on data sufficiency, word problems also there were questions on anagram, synonyms ,sentence completion and sentence correction for the English section.
The IQ test also contained diagrammatical questions.
Just pray for luck because I went into the test centre blind having no idea what to expect and I ended up passing the four stages.

The work behaviour mail he got was because he did some practice tests on SHL website....I got same too after that..it's not the next stage.

Not really shapes...I think I saw just one shape question... Its more of filling in the series and you remember the kind of questions in primary school quantitative reasoning, where numbers will be in shapes, then you find the missing number
