Ordinary Somalia with nothing gave the US a hard time. It’s not only by technology. Can you fight people in their terrain? See what the people of Yemen and Afghanistan did with crude weapons. Africans are highly skilled in Guerrilla warfare. You can’t defeat that.

Malaria can make you delirious, infect the brain and you can just fall dead.
