There is an international assembly that my organisation sponsors every two years, I cover my face in shame every time I receive countries delegates. Other African countries will send in 4 or 5 people but Nigeria will send 25 to 30 people for same meeting. Its a big shame & waste of resources. They even carry tv reporters. And ALMOST ALL the federal ministries beg funding partners for virtually everything & one wonders what happens to the over bloated budgets they map every year.
