I did my service at Ekweremadu village MPU and besides Kanu is mad.

Namdi Kanu is a mad man; from the day he included my state - Akwa Ibom State as a Biafra State, i decided not to take him serious.
Even though Ekweremadu has stay for a long time in the senate, i can tell you he has done a lot to his people. I serve in his village 2010, he was instrumental for the construction of Road from AKI- NA- KWA through Ndeaboh through his village Mpu to Okpanku enroute Isiagwu in Ebonyi state.
By the way why is it that in USA Senators stay as long as 30years helping in passing their experiences gathered in many years of enacting laws for the betterment of their society but here Jealousy will kill Us even when the person is performing optimally.

People have been lamenting on Imo thread, trying to understand why Rochas would channel funds wrongly.

I would always say that Rochas lacks administrative skill.

He just builds for building's sake, thus relegating due process and purpose of project to the background.

While Rochas lacks administrative skill, the two kids who commented just before and after me lack common sense.






I will disagree on the lackluster of administrative skill on the part of Okorocha. He was simply putting his egg where it will hatch. Like every Nigerian politician who first think of himself before the electorate, he was aiming to be in Buhari good book may be he will be offered presidential or vice- presidential ticket come 2023 at the detriment of Imolites.

Removing an LG chairman is quite easier and even prosecuting them for any identified infraction will be easy.





Removing a chairman is bit easier than removing a governor but you knw that there is no politician in Nigeria that has not embezzle public fund. In a situation where the governor is looking for a way to remove a chairman then you will see other chairmen with so much money rallying around the one to be remove and also digging up dirt of the governor.

Agreed but there are many business that you need atleast 30 to 40percent of capital to start.

Good development. But why is it that anybody that start a business in Nigeria and grow it to a certain level alway start either with nothing or with 1000 to 2000naira?

State shld come up with a law that mandate the ministry of finance to deduct the wage bill of local government employees before the council bosses will put their hands into the jar. Cos some of them with so much money now will turn to emperors.
Remembering 1999 to 2001 era when council bosses were collecting directly from source, some many of them refuse to pay salaries but rather turn UK, USA and DUBAI into their new abode.
