Set on 2g/3g or 3g/4g. You might have issues in receiving calls on 3g only and/or 4g only

I don't understand please... How should I set it, is this a software issues or I should return the phone. Mind you my both SIM cards are 4g SIM cards

I have set it to 3g and the issue persists.
I don't know if I should return the phone to where I bought it from.

I initially thought it was MTN network problem So I called MTN costumers care and they said my line was fine at their end. This made me to use two different glo line and it was same problem. The line on the SIM 2 will browse, make calls but when you're calling the number it will say not reachable. In few times it will go through.

*There's no tubes blockage.
*Our fear is the fibroids but I've been careful with what I eat, no meat, no sugary, pastas, drinks etc for over a year now, only fish, veges. I'm really scared of going through surgery. If there's any other way out.
*DH has no growth but mine a little but we just finished the treatment for any infections now.
*Next we intend DH to work on his result.
