Politics3 Nigeria Geographical Regions And Their Energy Source by fnep2smooth(op):
Looking back before and after the independent where there was a federal state of regions like Northern Region, Western Region, and Eastern Region. If we are to go by there energy source and what they can generate if properly managed, we can discovered how possible we can take the electricity problem in the country. Let’s focus on 3 key energy source uses around the world and can be find in this three (3) great regions in Nigeria.

Northern Region
Northern region consist of the following States / Capital Bauchi, Benue, Borno, Ilorin, Kano, Katsina, Plateau, Taraba, Niger, Adamawa, Kaduna, Sokoto, Gombe, Jigawa, Kebbi, Kogi, Nassarawa, Yobe, Zamfara. This region is blessed with many energy sources that they can use to help solve their power situation.

• Coal
States like Benue, Bauchi and Zamfara can provide a coal plant as the source of energy for the region. Coal is the largest source of energy for the generation of electricity worldwide, and it can be use used by heavy industries which is another form of employment creating and economy diversification. China produced 3,747 million tons of coal – 48% of 7,861 million tones world coal production. In 2015 other large producers were United States, India, European Union and Australia. Coal should be the best source to help upgrade this region in terms of industries, manufacturing and other form of business that solely depends on constant power supply.

Coal supplied 16.5 quadrillion BTUs of primary energy to electric power plants in United State of America in 2013. According to Maxwell Fact About Energy It's about equal to the amount of energy in 45 million tons of coal, or 1 trillion cubic feet of natural gas, or 170 million barrels of crude oil. In 1988, total world energy consumption was about 1 quad every 26 hours. To make these a bit less abstract, 45 million tons of coal would be a pile 10 feet thick, one mile wide and about 3.3 miles long. At 60 mph, it would take about 9 minutes to drive around the pile. In terms of electricity, the energy content of 1 quad is equal to about 293 terawatt-hours or 33 gig watt-years. However, a typical steam-turbine power plant burning fossil fuels is only able to capture about a third of the energy in the fuel, so 1 quad of fuel actually produces about 11 gig watt-years of electricity.

According to the U.S. EIA, however, current coal generation is one of the most expensive on a first-cost basis at $4,000 - $6,000 per kW. Part of the reason for this is that coal-fired electricity generation has become much more efficient, and the technology needed to achieve higher efficiencies comes at a steep price.

• Solar Power
Tapping into the abundant sun light in the region is another way to create a good power source for the purpose of more raise in industrial sector, production and employment creation. The northern region can work together in building more solar panel to help increase the current power produce in the region. According to Solar Power Authority, the installed cost of solar panels was between $7-$9 per watt: A 5 kW system would cost around $25,000-$35,000. Many utility companies offer incentives, and some subsidize as much as 50% of system costs. Even at half the cost, though, a system that generates an average $75 of electricity per month could take a long time to pay for itself.

According to Wikipedia Solar power is the conversion of energy from sunlight into electricity, either directly using photovoltaic (PV), indirectly using concentrated solar power, or a combination. Concentrated solar power systems use lenses or mirrors and tracking systems to focus a large area of sunlight into a small beam. Photovoltaic cells convert light into an electric current using the photovoltaic effect. As the cost of solar electricity has fallen, the number of grid-connected solar PV systems has grown into the millions and utility-scale solar power stations with hundreds of megawatts are being built. Solar PV is rapidly becoming an inexpensive, low-carbon technology to harness renewable energy from the Sun. The current largest photovoltaic power station in the world is the 850 MW Longyangxia Dam Solar Park, in Qinghai, China.

• Hydropower
Northern states like Kano (Tiga Dam & Challawa Gorge Dam), Katsina (Zobe Dam & Jibiya Dam), Kebbi State (Zauro polder project), Niger State (Kainji Dam, Jebba Dam & Shiroro Dam), Adamawa State (Kiri Dam), Bauchi (Kafin Zaki Dam), Sokoto State (Goronyo Dam & Bakolori Dam) and Gombe (Dadin kowa Dam), should be a region with self sufficient hydro power energy source with the number of dams and reservoir present in the place. With the help of proper management and development from the government, these dams can generate about 15,000 MW of energy for this region. This particular amount of energy can serve this region effectively.

Hydropower is produced in 150 countries, with the Asia-Pacific region generating 33 percent of global hydropower in 2013. China is the largest hydroelectricity producer, with 920 TWh of production in 2013, representing 16.9 percent of domestic electricity use. The cost of hydroelectricity is relatively low, making it a competitive source of renewable electricity. The hydro station consumes no water, unlike coal or gas plants. The average cost of electricity from a hydro station larger than 10 megawatts is 3 to 5 U.S. cents per kilowatt-hour. With a dam and reservoir it is also a flexible source of electricity since the amount produced by the station can be changed up or down very quickly to adapt to changing energy demands. Once a hydroelectric complex is constructed, the project produces no direct waste, and has a considerably lower output level of greenhouse gases than fossil fuel powered energy plants. Source: Wikipedia.

Hydropower is the most efficient way to generate electricity. Modern hydro turbines can convert as much as 90% of the available energy into electricity. The best fossil fuel plants are only about 50% efficient. In the U.S., hydropower is produced for an average of 0.85 cents per kilowatt-hour (kwh). Source: Fact About Hydro Power.

Western Region

• Dam / Reservoir
The following are states in western region and their dams / reservoir Oyo State (Asejiri Reservoir & Ikere Gorge Dam), Ogun State (Oyan River Dam), Ondo State, Lagos State, Osun State (Ede-Erinle Reservoir) and Ekiti State are capable of generating 3000 mega watt of electricity with the existing infrastructures in the region. Lagos State and Ogun state are the key states that can drive a tremendous growth, investment and business environment into the other states. Rebuilding these dams to their full capacity will provide enough energy the region can use to grow.

• Natural Gas
This source requires the intervention of the government to have an agreement with the eastern region for the supply of gas that will be use to run the power station just like our agreement with Ghana. At present usage rates, natural gas could supply most of the world's energy needs for between 100 and 250 years, depending on increase in consumption over time. Having this natural gas installed with boost the production capacity of Ogun State and Lagos State.

• Wind energy
Western region has a good weather condition that can support the installation of wind energy for constant electricity for the people. Wind energy is a good energy source that could generate up to 50,000 mega watt of power. This amount of energy is enough to revive some important sectors in the region.

Eastern Region
The following are cities and states in eastern region Aba, Abakaliki, Abonnema, Ahoada, Awka, Bori City, Buguma, Calabar, Eket, Enugu, Igwuruta, Ikot-Abasi, Ikot Ekpene, Nnewi, Nsukka, Omoku, Onitsha, Opobo, Orlu, Owerri, Port Harcourt, Umuahia, Uyo, Yenagoa. This region has a lot of mineral resource which could be use for production of energy source for their businesses and industries. Improving on the existing infrastructure in the oil rich state and with the help on other alternative means of power source, it is possible for this region to generate at least 30,000 MW of power within them. The following are power source that can be generated in the eastern region of Nigeria.

• Fossil Fuel Power Station
This is a power station that burns coal, natural gas or petroleum to generate electricity. States like Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Imo State and River State are enriched with enough oil/gas to help generate large amount of electricity them need to growth and development. According to Market Realist, the EIA's findings suggest that natural gas–fired power plants are cheaper to build with overnight capital costs ranging from $676 to $2,095 per kilowatt (or kW), depending on the technology. Natural gas-fired combined-cycle units accounted for 53% of the 449 gig watts (GW) of total U.S. natural gas-powered generator capacity in 2016. Making use of these natural resources in this eastern region can help boost the country’s economic strength and also help to reduce the high rate of unemployment and hunger in the country.

• Wind Energy
Wind power is the conversion of wind energy into a useful form of energy, such as using: wind turbines to make electricity, windmills for mechanical power, wind pumps for water pumping or drainage, or sails to propel ships. A large wind farm may consist of several hundred individual wind turbines which are connected to the electric power transmission network. Offshore wind farms can harness more frequent and powerful winds than are available to land-based installations and have less visual impact on the landscape but construction costs are considerably higher.
As of 2011, 83 countries around the world are using wind power on a commercial basis. As of 2010 wind energy production was over 2.5% of worldwide power, growing at more than 25% per annum. The monetary cost per unit of energy produced is similar to the cost for new coal and natural gas installations. Although wind power is a popular form of energy generation, the construction of wind farms is not universally welcomed due to aesthetics. Source: Nigeria of Environment.

As of the end of 2016, the worldwide total cumulative installed electricity generation capacity from wind power amounted to 486,790 MW, an increase of 12.5% compared to the previous year. Installations increased by 54,642 MW, 63,330 MW, 51,675 MW and 36,023 MW in 2016, 2015, 2014 and 2013 respectively. Source: Wikipedia. There are many states and cities that are close very to the oceans, whey can be use for the wind energy plant for easy access to abundance wind speed.

• Nuclear Power Plant
A nuclear power plant or nuclear power station is a thermal power station in which the heat source is a nuclear reactor. Nuclear power plant can generate thousands of mega watts depending on how long it runs. For example, a nuclear plant that operates 508 MW capacities for 24 hours will generate 12,192 megawatt hours (MWh). Most power plants do not operate a full capacity every hour of every day of the year. States like Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa and Cross River that has Uranium in large quantity can take this project up to help generate enough power source for the region.
Nuclear plant could take up to 5 to 10 years to construct depending on the size, and it could cost about 3-8 Billion Euro according to Energy Matter. Some sectors like Railways and Automobile Plant will have the chance to upgrade to electric trains and car fabrication.

Music/Radio10 Mistakes Artist Make In Their Career by fnep2smooth(op): 2:26pm On Dec 14, 2017
Many upcoming artists never thought of putting things in order before starting their music career. Social media is a nice community to start because that’s where everyone meets; you have to make it very possible for the interested ones online to have access to your songs collections. You can’t be an artist with pictures and a link to an unknown location where you can’t say which one is an advert link or a real download link. Your interested fans will be discouraged then they close the page. Let me list 10 common mistake upcoming artist usually do in their career.

1. Uploading Dead link
This kind of mistake mostly happen when you upload your song on website that usually shut down expired link that don’t have enough visitors for regular download. Most artists never keep track of the link to their song they keep pasting on their social media timeline or group wall. When your fans wanted to download it they face some challenges, some will be redirect to other page and they lose interest to your song. There are a lot of website that can hold your song for many years and you can easily refer people to it, site like Reverbnation, Dropbox etc. When you create a good link to your song, people find it easy to download which helps you to reach more audience around the world.

2. No profile
Some upcoming artists don’t have a profile and they expect people to know them, which is not possible. Having a well arraigned profile helps you to create a connection to new and existing fans that wish to know more information about you and your music career. Your profile should be detailed and well created so that when some interested sponsor want to see your details you simply refer them to your profile which could be on Facebook, Reverbnation, on a blog, Twitter or any accessible social media you can register yourself into. Profile can contain some of your old and new song links, some mix tape pictures or promo picture, personal or group image and some little information about your music career. You can’t easily tell which particular song they make and where to categories them. This kind of people always find it hard to blend into the system because they never have their own brand of music. Fans can’t flow with your music pattern because some people may like your hip hop style but discard your soul song, this will create a division between people who follow you and people who listen to your song. Learn to focus your energy on a particular genre, work on improving on it and create your own style to help you stand out in the crowd.

4. No social media account
This categories of people are normally not into social media or not too familiar with the internet. Having a social media is a good chance to show your music to the world. Featuring another artist is a very good way to drawing a lot of attention. Many artists are usually rate higher with how they work with their fellow artist to create a good hit. Don’t believe you can do it all alone because you believe you got the vibe, having an artist to handle chorus or rap can make some works easier for you. Roles and ideas will be shared and you will have the opportunity to combine two different raw talents together to create a song.

6. Record deals
Due to the increase in the amount of people who want to be a super star, many artists have been turned to slave by making money for the label but receiving peanut at the end. This happens when no prefer agreement was reach when signing a contract deal, this deals should be read carefully and most time require the attention of a lawyer for proper advise. When you desperately sign such deals, you feel trap and you feel sad when you know you are been cheated by your record label. When you have such chance, make sure you go through it before signing and if you still feel like to continue, make sure the deal should not be more than 2 years. This will help you prepare yourself and also know your worth when the deal expired.

7. No personal song collection
There are some fans who love to have all song release by an artist. Having a particular site where you can direct all your fans to get all of your song easily. Site like Reverbnation or iTunes can help you have this pleasure but some of these sites are not free (iTunes). Always keep record of your songs to help to create a good connection between you and your audience, some fans may not like your new release but keep downloading your old songs you release 2 years ago. Before going online with your music first have a contact address. It can be an e-mail or mail box or any means someone can use to reach you easily at any time. You can have a good hit but your contact address can be the only set back holding you from being contacted by some major sponsor or a contract deal. Have an office e-mail you can use for applying for any deals online; make sure you check it regularly in case you have an urgent message regarding your music career.

9. Alternative skills
Starting a career in music should not be the reason you should focus your attention only on singing, you can go into other aspect of music that you can use to equip yourself more. These skills can help you stand out among the crowd, skills like Audio Production, Sound Engineer, Producer, keyboardist, drummer or a backup singer etc. Work more to develop yourself can see how important it will help in meeting more people who can shape your career.

10. Free show / Event
Many artists may find this difficult to do but when you leave the monetary aspect of this, you will find out that many successful artists had one time perform for free. Doing free show some times helps artist to create more awareness and show case some new song you just release. Find any avenue to display yourself, even if it last for some few minute. Never look down on a show or focus your attention on money when you haven’t made any name in the music industry.

Feel free to comment below, lets me know your own opinion. Thanks

I want to write about our very own web giant making life easy for Nigeria citizens through their services, information and entertainment. I am talking about the likes of Nairaland, lindaIkejiblog, Naijaloaded, Vconnect, BellaNaija, Naij , Jobberman and many more, these websites has dominate Nigeria web space but most of them or all of them have no other means of diverting their interest to other aspect just in case things change.

Nobody ever thought Yahoo will be sold, nobody every thought Google will be an household name but this never happened ordinarily, it took them hard work and great foresight before they could attain to this height and with the look of things they may still stay at that position for many more years.
Let’s take HiTV for instances, they started well but fail to maintain the top spot because of some financial mismanagement. The very reason Naijaloaded, NotJustOK, TooXcusive and other entertainment website are getting more traffic and exposure is because there is no infrastructure available to help our music industry to showcase their songs, looking at the type of services they render you will know it’s illegal and such services cannot be run in America or other advance country because they have a very strong policies and infrastructure to handle the interest of their artist.

What if things change and somehow we are able to get things right in combing piracy and other challenges the entertainment industry face, won’t these website go out of service or won’t they face a decline in the amount of revenue they earn? Each day more and more website are been created for music download which is very illegal, must time they release leak songs, videos or albums without the artist consent. In an organized country someone would have been jailed, but since our judiciary is a mess and there is no policies created to protect the artist you find things like this happen in an unorganized country like Nigeria.

Take for example Jobberman, they started very well and they have touch lives by linking people to their dream job but in and advance country where there are government agencies and institution available to handle job applications process. You don’t need to stay all day online to keep looking for job vacancy in a random website, all you need to do is just to walk into these agencies or institution and look for available job you can do.

Government has the opportunity to keep track of how many people are employed through the agencies or institutions and there are no stories of scam, maltreatment or any irregularities because they are been watch and monitor. When such institution is been establish in Nigeria where do you think Jobberman will be? they may still be in business but just like Naijaloaded their revenue and traffic to their website may decrease because people will find it easier to work into the institution close to their location to search for available job that meet their profession and not to keep sending hundreds of job applications online every time with no hope of being call or invite for interview.

I am very pleased with Vconnect because they started very great; I remember one of their first services they introduce to their website when they are just coming up. They give there visitors the chance to send free text message to any number which look more like a bulk sms but look at them today, they have move from that to a website where you can search for company address and contact number because they foreseen the future and they realize that that services may not be invoke in the future so they had to change, and that change has move them to one of Nigeria Search Engine for contact and address.

Nairaland is also doing great but I expect more from the owner than just leaving the website stagnant with unprofessional moderators who lack basic skills to handle millions of online users coming to the site on a daily basis, one of the reason I like Nairaland is the ability to load fast even with our poor network speed by our network provider. I expect Nairaland to divert the interest of the site to other advances aspect not just giving information but to create a platform for other services. They can invest their money in raising smaller website just like Google and Facebook, they need to create another power house for future purpose, because when our country internet infrastructure is fixed and more advance forum with great fixture are introduce I see Nairaland as the last choice for internet users.

The Nigeria Web Giant keeps bashing the government to diversify their economy when they have no other clue to diversify their website revenue. Facebook would have not shown interest to buy Instagram or Whatsapp if he feels the revenue he generated from his site is enough for him, Google would have only focus on their search engine and not buy YouTube or create Android OS if they think they are comfortable with the level they attend. But they didn’t because they believe no champion forever, they believe in upgrade and change. But I bet such ideas never come to our web giants mind, or they never think on investing their money on research to create more services to help shape our nation. I believe money is not a problem, if Naijaloaded can be paying 1 million naira monthly for hosting the website what is wrong if he invest more money to have its own hosting and well secured server. Most people will be saying we don’t have enough electricity but what about solar, to me solar is the future means of power generation after nuclear plant. With the huge money been realized from their website, having a full installed solar power created purposely for your business is the right step to go.

Let’s think outside the box and find a long lasting solution to make our country Nigeria to be great and more advance in Africa. Please you can drop your comment and suggestion on ways our Web Giant can improve technology innovation in Nigeria.

Thanks

Romance7 Signs He May Rape You When You Visit. by fnep2smooth(op):
There are 7 signs you can use to know if the guy you are about visiting will rape you or try something funny. These signs are very important to avert some impending tragedy waiting to happen. Many rape victim find it very hard to share their experience to people close to them but before you find yourself to stories that touch, these are 7 signs you need to look out for:

1) Drug Addict
Many Nigeria ladies has always fall victim to the hands of drug addicts. This is because they like their glamour lifestyle on social media, club or on their streets. When they chats you up and you decide to visit them at home or hotel, you may end up getting drug and rape or they force you and also take your nude picture so as to use it to threaten you in future.
When you know the guy you are going to his house for the first time is a drug addict, don’t fall to the pressure to visit him at home. Stand on meeting in an open place so that you can take your time to know what he has in mind. Even if you had to visit, watch what you drink or eat. Many Nigerian girls over look these signs and gladly demand for drinks that can easily be drugs. Drinks like fruit juices, yoghurt or any plastic drinks etc.
When you sense that there is a possibility that he will or may ask for sex before going to his house, which you should have notice with the way you guys have been chatting recently. Tell him your mind and what you want, if you decide on “No Sex” and you agreed for a kiss, then you just give him an excuse for his act. Kissing can lead to sex and if you don’t buy the idea that moment, he may force himself on you and claim he was out of control.

2) Heavy Drinker
Alcohol has been a strong substance that can easily trigger high sex urge. You met a guy in the club, he offer to pay all your drinks and both of you gets drunk and you decided to spend the night in his house. There is a possibility that he will demand for sex and when you refuse, he forces himself on you.
Many rape cases always come as a result of too much alcohol. When you notice your boyfriend is drunk and you have no intention for sex, try not to go home together with him, many dangers likes murder, rape, assault happens when on the influence of alcohol and when this people commit these actions, they always blame it on alcohol and by then you are already traumatized, wounded or heartbroken.
Never go home with someone who is drunk; never take alcohol in their house if you are not ready to have sex.

3) Mr. Nice Guy
Don’t get me wrong, been nice has a way of attracting different girls around guys. You are not dating a guy but he does everything for you ranging from phone, cloths, house rent, weekly/monthly financial help, airtime, school fee, text-books, valentine gift, Christmas gift and many more.
Then you guys just have some little time to spend together privately and he demanded for sex but you refuse base on you take him as a friend.
When you have someone like this around you and you have no intention to have sex with him, kindly reduce or reject all his gifts or money. Some guys don’t like to be taken for a ride, when they feel like you don’t appreciate all their effort towards you and sometimes feel cheated; they tend to take it by force. Most time the girl that was rape still comes back to them because of the free money and gifts.

4) Sex Starve
When you meet a sex starve guy you will know. They don’t have anything better to say except “Come to my house”. These categories of people most time find it hard to have a girlfriend or sex mate. So whenever they manage to take any girl home, they always demand for sex.
This kind of people will beg, cry, joke and even pretend to commit suicide if you don’t have sex with him. But if you still hold your ground on “No Sex”, they get piss off and forcefully have sex with you. Don’t visit any sex serve guy if you are not ready for sex.
Some only believe that you are visiting them because you want to have sex too and they try every possible trick to have their way. They most times threaten to kill if you don’t agree for sex because that’s what they need that very moment and they don’t mind to hurt you.

5) Wearing Over Expose Dress
Don’t try to tempt a guy with yours sexy shape when you visit him at home. Most guys are easily moved by the sight of a sexy girl. Deep down their mind they keep imaging dirty thought and crazy ideas. The guy may not have the intention to have sex with you on the first visit, but with the way you dress may give him a second thought. And when you refuse he may force his way and the sexy dress will make the job easier to execute.
If you feel like to visit a guy and you have no intention to have sex with him, try to put on something decent or maybe a jean trouser to help you have more time to call for help in case he try to act funny. Try to look simple and make him not to admire your body so fast.

6) Sex Chat
Many Nigerian ladies never know the bad implication of having a sex chat on phone or on social media. You keep having sex chat with random guys on social media for LIKES and free airtime. Later when you finally decide to visit him, he will demand for sex and if you refuse he force himself on you.
Don’t visit a guy you normally have sex chat with if you are not ready to have sex with him. Even if you had the sex chat once, there is a possibility that he still have that imagination in his head. So whenever you visit him at home, he will like to try it with you physically.

7) Sex Figure
Are you a sex figure? Do people always stare at you every time in public? Do you have a sexy shape that always draws many men attention? If yes, then try to avoid some people who keep finding a way to take you to their house or telling you to meet them in a hotel.
Many girls falls victim of this in their work place, street, church, and school. Everybody you come in contact with just admire your body, your friends, pastors, lecturers, your elder brother friends etc.
This can make anyone of them to have a bad intention on you just to have sex. When you notice this sign, make sure you look out for yourself, threat in this case usually come from anywhere even from uncles or family members.

Business10 Nigeria Sectors That Needs Huge Investment. by fnep2smooth(op): 5:36pm On Dec 03, 2017
The following Nigeria Sectors are currently in need of heavy investment through local or foreign investors. These sectors are capable of transforming the country economy and also provide more technical jobs for every citizen directly or indirectly, some of these sectors raw materials and work force to function effectively are within their disposal, and they are less affected with financial issue because they are rendering their services to millions of people.

10: Event Center / Recreational Area.
This sector of business has the potential to generate millions of Naira weekly because of big / small events that will be hosted in the country. This event center can serve any purpose like Music Festival, Award Night, Concert, Movie Premier, Religion Services, and Wedding. A nice and organize event center can generate at least #200,000 - #10 Million Naira weekly, all you need to do is to keep improving on the interior and conduct regular maintenance or repair at when due.

9: Home / Kitchen appliances.
Most times, people look down on this sector of business forgetting that everyone uses it every day. You need spoon, knife, pot, fork and plate in your home / Kitchen. This has resort to people relying on imported ones to serve the Nigeria Population. Giving this sector a proper investment and market co-ordination you are likely to generate millions of naira and also create hundreds of job for people who will be working in the factory.

8: Cloth and textile factories.
This sector needs creativity and a good knowledge of what the people want. Having a tailoring factory that solely depends on kid cloth, adult cloth, casual cloth, school uniform and many more; it’s a good chance of breaking into the Nigeria market. Everybody needs cloth for different purpose and having a targeted audience is a very good start in the line of business. You work with graphic designer for customize designs and you also work with fashion designer for some new idea on trending fashion style. Nigeria still depends on imported cloths which is very expensive to buy unless you go for fairly use ones popularly called O.K.

7: Recycling Plant.
This is one of the most easy and lucrative business to invest your money into, you have all you need around you because you work with what people consume or use and dispose examples are Nylon, Plastic, Steel, Metal, Paper, Human Waste. You have two options in this business, you can work as a middle man for heavy industry by supplying them with raw materials, or you can use your raw materials for your own production and resell it back to the people. You don’t need to worry about shortage of material because with the high level of indiscriminate dumping of refuse in the country you can’t run out of business easily.

6: Iron / Metal industry.
There have been increase in the Nigeria Automobile industries; you don’t need to be told that they will be so much interested in your metal / iron for their daily productions. You have the opportunity to work with big and heavy industries that produce metallic objects like pot, spoon, bolt, car parts etc. You generate millions of naira providing these industries with local raw materials and also reduce how they source for raw materials outside the country. This business may need a lot of money to start but the possibility of getting higher profit is very high and you are guarantee to make profit for a long period of time.

5: Waste Management.
Nigeria still practice sock away system of disposing of their waste and this practice has made some area inhabitable for humans. You got to see damage / leak sock away smelling to people living around the place. For any investment on waste management system by providing a plant close to every city or town with a tunnel connected to every home, there are possibilities of return of investment and also job creation for people into engineering, welding, plumping. Millions of homes will find it easy to dispose their waste at anytime with a little month or weekly cost. You can also recycle people waste for other product, this business is very hard to implement but its highly profitable for any investors.

4: Water Board / Treatment Plant.
Just like the waste management system, water board / treatment plant is another area you can easily invest your money and get back a high and steady profit. This business can run into 10 – 50 years servicing and providing portable drinking water to a section of an area or town. People connect to your pipe and they pay a certain amount of money every week or months. Nigeria is bless with a lot of water source, so getting it should not be a problem provided are ready to give millions of homes clean and fresh water for their daily need.

3: Low Housing.
Every human being needs a shelter, providing low income housing for people is a good start to sharp our economy, take advantage of the population of Nigeria just like Dangote and become a billionaire in Nigeria real estate. Don’t build house that people can’t afford unless you want rats and spider to occupy it for you, Nigeria has gotten to a stage where we need high raise building so as to save cost of buying large land for bungalows when we can occupy that number in a single plot. To get a good profit for your money, you need to focus in providing a good space apartment that can accommodate 3 persons comfortable at a very affordable price. It shouldn’t be a block house, there are other means to build a affordable house like wood, steel, bricks etc. investing in low income houses is another area to boost our economy and standard of living by helping people to have a comfortable home to live.

2: Agriculture.
This line of business has been left behind since the discovery of oil in the country. Agriculture has so many areas that you can easily invest your money into. You can be a supplier of food items, all you need is to source out food items that you can produce to help reduce our dependence on imported food items. Nigeria is bless with fertilized land for agriculture and 10 million people needs food to survive and grow, so this line of business is very lucrative and wise to invest into. You can go into fish farm, cash crop or other item you can handle effectively.

1: Power / Electricity.
Currently, Nigeria is facing a huge shortage of power and this single sector has render millions of job idle and some struggling to survive. For any country to grow and achieve its full potential, you must first fix your power problems. This helps other sector of the economy to raise and start living to their standards and expectations. Providing power to 180 million population is a good investment and good risk to take because when you get it right, you are solve millions of problems facing small, medium and large scale productions.

Please feel free to drop your comment and suggestions below.

Career10 Nigeria Professions That Never Escape Law Of Karma by fnep2smooth(op): 3:14pm On Nov 26, 2017
Karma they say is a way nature or life pays you back with your own coin, some profession listed below are sometimes redeemed by their charity and prayers but they still get a little portion of what they do while some are face with everlasting nemesis which must time need God intervention and grace. So ladies and gentlemen let me start by giving you from 10 – 1 Nigeria professions that never escape law of karma and they are:

10: NIGERIAN POLITICIANS
This class of people are one of the profession that are in the redeem list because God must times show them mercy and grace by reducing their punishments, reason is that they surround themselves with people and religious leaders that always pray for them 24 hours round the clock. For example the Muslims folks most time keeps imams around them by building them mosque in their house or street where many Muslims come to worship, while some resort to feeding people staying with them or visiting. These set of people pray and always give thanks to God for giving them a good but secretly corrupt leader.
The Christian folks are not left out, you see them kneeling at every church pulpit receiving blessings from great men of God and the whole congregations. So sometimes they hold crusade and you see them in every church programs campaigning and promising new projects.

Karma:
Their sins are face by family member’s examples: Kids will be a drug addict, daughter will be in prostitution, some join bad gangs and harden criminal.

9: NIGERIAN PASTORS
Nigerian pastors and politicians are only the two professions that are in redeem list because they surround themselves with people who solely believed in them. They receive blessings, gifts , money from people and people in their church always pray for them. These pastors can steal from the church purse without been question, they do whatever they like with the congregations but at the end all of their sins are forgiven because they always pray to God for forgiveness but just like life will have it, the repercussion of their sins are been felt by these children.

Karma:
In school they are the leader or members of different cult group, some are into hard drug and prostitution, some don’t even believe in God or go to church excerpt they are at home with their parent, bad friends and heavy night clubbing etc.

8: TAILOR
This profession only has self redemption because of the high rate of disappointment they always give their customers which most time comes back to them as curse or arrest etc. everybody has been disappointed by their tailor, some of them collects money from different client but fail to meet up with the work only to start hiding or giving excuse to them, some may damage their client cloths and choose not to refund back their money. Their sins are only being forgiven only when they ask and their consequences are very high.

Karma:
They eventually close up their shop or run out of business due to bad review from different people, they end up been arrested.

7: N.E.P.A WORKERS
These sets of people are the most curse profession in Nigeria most especially when they take back their light. You see people shouting and raining curse on them even when they try to cut off peoples light, some engage with fight and abuse and most time end in arrest or both parties injured. Their sins comes from illegal extortion of money from people without providing light, some demand money before they reconnect or repair transformer, stealing of armor cable or transformer fuse.

Karma:
They end of electrocuted trying to steal from transformer, sack from work due to stealing, get injure by aggrieved people etc.

6: ELECTRICIANS
These guys also face the same fate as tailor because they are skills worker, they disappoint people who contracted some wiring job to them, some who are not well skilled end up damaging some home appliances due to wrong connection. Some run away with their client money only to be arrested before they will refund them back.

Karma:
They end up looking frustrated, some turn to drunkard, they stop getting job due to bad review from people, they run out of business and start working as illegal connector of light for people who don’t pay their electricity bill.

5: MECHANICS
You will only witness these people when you have a car, they can make you spend all your money on your car but the problem still persists. Some will steal some part of your car to use it as a replacement for other people car which they have taken money from. Some will delay your car by working on random place just to make you pay more for time and space.

Karma:
They end up losing customer; they end of getting arrested, they run out of business, they become frustrated in life.

4: LAWYERS
Due to our corrupt judicial system and unprofessional-ism from some lawyers, we find ourselves with criminals and thieves who claim to fight for your justice, most of them don’t care about the case or their client life, what they only care is money and not to win any case. Some collect money from their opponent just to make the case favor them, some will make sure they prolong the case so that they can see a means of getting money every time they arrive at the court, some lose interest from the case and drop only to frustrate their client and his case.

Karma:
They never grow in their profession, most of them are nothing but charge and bail lawyers looking for money to eat, they end up getting killed, some are faced with threat and injures most time from the people they cheated on, and some lose their license.

3: NIGERIAN SOLIDER
This is one of the toughest profession on the list because they are faced with a lot of temptation during their missions ranging from leaking of information to their enemies, raping women they found in the battlefield, intimidating unarmored civilians, diverting money meant for arm procurement, executing innocent people, extorting money from people and working with drug dealers to smuggle drugs around the state.

Karma:
The ones that rape women never come back alive for the battle, some lost everything and comes back home empty handed, some are dismissed from services or sometime jailed, some comes back to their village and turn to nuisance and terror group, some end up as armed robbers and kidnappers, some are drug addict and most time run mad.

2: NIGERIA DOCTORS / NURSE
We have good and caring people in this profession but the bad eggs and Nigeria corrupt medical system has made the bad over shadow the good. 90% of the death in a government and private hospital are as a result of negligence of duties and unprofessional-ism from the doctors and nurses. You see doctors gossiping in their offices while ignoring a patient call for help in their wards, some fail to administer drug to patients at the right time only to start rushing up and down when the situation becomes worst. Some will sell drugs that suppose to be free of charge to patient; some will double your bill just to get extra money from a dying patient. Some Engage in abortion, selling of babies, adding more money to drugs for selfish reasons and having a private clinic or store in a government hospital only to start diverting and selling drugs meant for the hospital for personal use.

Karma:
The female ones always remain single or cannot conceive so they resort to adoption, some are caught and they lose their license, some are face with the ghost of people they have killed, some of their children end up with a mysterious sickness every time, sometime they end up looking poor and unhappy. Some are faced with untimely death etc.

1: NIGERIAN POLICE
This profession never escape the karma of life, they are destined to be punish because of the atrocities been committed by them every single day. The overpopulation rate in Nigeria prison is been cause by the Nigerian police force, They abuse your right, they extort you, they lie just to cover their lack of professionalism by accusing you of what you knew nothing about, they collect money from people to torture or put some heavy allegation on innocent people. They take bribe, they leak information to criminals, they detain people illegally just to extort money from them, they sexually assault female detainees, they kill in the name of accidental discharge, they frustrate bailing of people who don’t give them money, they lack the experience to conduct a credible investigation only to end up messing things up. They collect money from different parties and the highest bidder gets their favor.

Karma:
With all the money they extort from people they still swim in abject poverty, some are dismiss from the force, some end up die, some have no home or property, some end up have different wives and children from different state they are posted too. Some end up as security men, some live a frustrate life, some end up with no wife and kids. Some of their children are cultist, some deals and smuggle drugs using their parent’s protection, some are drug addict and kidnappers.

paste the code or you can use this if you want.... change it to your preferred color in your css. i copy it from the website am currently working on so edit it to suit your needs and if you are working in dreamwaever just go to to insert and find navbar and select the kind of navbar you want. make sure you link jquery to your website because thats what helps it to toggle.

<nav class="navbar navbar-default navbar-inverse">
<div class="container-fluid">
<!-- Brand and toggle get grouped for better mobile display -->
<div class="navbar-header">
<button type="button" class="navbar-toggle collapsed" data-toggle="collapse" data-target="#bs-example-navbar-collapse-1" style="background-color: rgba(210,217,88,0.33);"> <span class="sr-only">Toggle navigation</span> <span class="icon-bar" style="background-color:yellow;"></span> <span class="icon-bar" style="background-color:yellow;"></span> <span class="icon-bar" style="background-color:yellow;"></span> </button>
<a class="navbar-brand" href="#"><span style="color:yellow;">Test</span><span style="color:white;">Site</span></a> </div>

<!-- Collect the nav links, forms, and other content for toggling -->
<div class="collapse navbar-collapse" id="bs-example-navbar-collapse-1">
<ul class="nav navbar-nav">
<li class="active"><a href="#">Home <span class="sr-only">(current)</span></a> </li>
