1.Spurs’ only win in their last 15 home Premier League games against Manchester United came in last season’s 3-0 victory (D6 L8). 2.That 3-0 defeat for the Red Devils is the only time they’ve conceded in their last five Premier League games against Spurs, keeping four clean sheets. 3.Jose Mourinho has failed to win on his last four Premier League visits to White Hart Lane (D2 L2) and hasn’t won a league game there since August 2005, when his Chelsea side defeated Spurs 2-0. 4.Spurs have lost more Premier League games against Manchester United than against any other opponent (32) – indeed, in their top-flight history Spurs have lost 77 games against the Red Devils, eight more than they have against anyone else. 5.Manchester United have failed to score in their last two away league trips to White Hart Lane – in the Premier League era, they’ve only failed to score in three consecutive away games against an opponent twice – Everton (three games between August 2012 and April 2015) and Chelsea (four games between November 2003 and May 2007). 6.Tottenham could go unbeaten at home for the first time in a league season since 1964/65 (W16 D2 L0 this season). 7.Jose Mourinho hasn’t seen his side score in an away league game against any of the current top six clubs since January 1st 2015 in a 3-5 defeat at Tottenham while Chelsea manager. Four of the seven games since have finished 0-0 (L3). 8.Harry Kane has scored against 23 of the 25 clubs he’s faced with Tottenham in the Premier League – though he’s yet to score in six appearances against Manchester United. 9.Three of Manchester United’s four Premier League defeats this season have been in games played on a Sunday immediately after a European match. 10.The Lilywhites have won their last 13 home league matches – one short of their club record run of 14 between January and October 1987. more @ https://web.facebook.com/fans247/ |
The premier league is one of the most exciting football leagues in the world. So imagine being the only man from your country who’s got his hands on one of the little shiny medals you get for winning it. These 19 men are actually proud to be their country"s only winner of the league. Take a look: 1 Alex Manninger (Austria) Kept clean sheets in a row as cover for Big Dave Seaman in the Arsenal double-winning team of 1997-8. He was actually in goal for that famous 1-0 win away at Old Trafford that virtually sealed the league. 2 Edin Dzeko (Bosnia & Herzegovina) He actually won it twice and chipped in with 30 goals in the process. Then he inexplicably turned a bit s*** and can now be found scoring one in four for Roma in Serie A. 3 Dimitar Berbatov (Bulgaria) If Stoichkov had come to England, he’d almost certainly become the first Bulgarian to win the Premier League. But he didn’t, so it was left to this man who won it twice without ever really contributing satisfactorily. 4 Juan Cuadrado (Colombia) He wasn’t even here long enough to call it a gap year and still he beat living legends like Faustino Asprilla and Juan Pablo Angel to become the first Colombian to trouser a Premier League winners medal. 5 Antonio Valencia (Ecuador) Cristiano Ronaldo’s replacement has picked up two winners medals (2011 and 2013) so far and we’re pretty confident in predicting they will be his last. 6 Michael Essien (Ghana) When he wasn’t sleeping or getting injured, he was winning titles. He took two Premier League crowns, rather surprisingly four years apart, in 2006 and 2010. 7 Eidur Gudjohnssen (Iceland) Most of Eidur’s big football achievements weren’t even unique in his own house, what with his Dad Arnor being an Icelandic international. But you never won a Premier League title, did you Gudjohnsen Senior? So there. 8 Mario Balotelli (Italy) Hard to believe that of all the great Italians to have played in England (your Ravanellis, your Casiraghis, your Zolas, your Viallis), this man is the only one to have won the title. Life’s not fair. 9 Shinji Kagawa (Japan) Besides a bitter resentment towards Sir Alex Ferguson, Shinji has at least one other souvenir to remember his time in England by. The Premier League's ruling states that you have to play five games for the title-winning team to claim a winners' medal. That means that Oscar, who left for the Chinese Super League at the halfway stage of the season, will claim a medal - as will Branislav Ivanovic. Asmir Begovic and Nathan Ake will miss out on a medal, with only one appearance to their name so far, while Ola Aina hasn't done enough. More gists @ https://web.facebook.com/fans247/ |

Proper hydration is vital to your athletic performance and health. To perform your best, learn how to drink enough before, during and after your workouts. Pre-Workout Hydration Before a long run, a race, or a training workout, drink plenty of fluids. The day before an event, drink extra water, 100 percent juice and/or other nutrient-rich fluids such as nonfat or 1 percent milk. Monitor the color of your urine. The goal is pale yellow, not clear. The morning of the event, drink 2 cups (8 oz.) of fluid two hours beforehand. This gives your kidneys enough time to process the liquids, giving you sufficient time to empty your bladder before the start of your event. Thirty minutes prior to the beginning of the athletic event, drink another 5 to 10 oz. of water or sports drink. One oz. of fluid equals about a medium mouthful of water. more @ http://www.waterheals.top/ |
